Pros:

Tout, sans exception ! L’accueil et les conseils de Matea étaient supers ! La chambre dans la dépendance était formidable… Et le breakfast top !

接待人員很熱情，停車有飯店自己的停車位，但是你到達的時候還是要先停在路口，再走進去接待處問停車位在哪裡，冷氣不太冷，開到16度還是對台灣人太熱～位置超強，走路3分鐘內馬上進古城

Cozy + perfect location
Pros:

- Breakfast is exceptional quality -- it's a restaurant that makes fresh dishes for you and a small buffet.
- The room was very cozy. In general, all decoration is very beautiful.
- The location is excellent and they provide parking in the old city (which is hard to get).

Cons:

Extremely minor nitpick:
- No elevator, so you have to carry the luggage up the stairs
- Connection of the TV to Wifi broke all 15 minutes, so watching a movie was not really possible -- could have been due to many guests in the hotel at the time.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Das Hotel hat einige eigene Parkplätze und das Frühstück ist gut, wenngleich die Auswahl nur begrenzt ist.

Cons:

Die Lage unseres Zimmers - da hatten wir leider Pech. Direkt im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zum Gastgarten, sodass jeder ins Zimmer sehen konnte.
Die Klimaanlage kann nicht selbständig deaktiviert werden. Wir haben nur eine Zimmer Karte bekommen.

Splendid property.
Pros:

Great location and easy walk to old town and the waterfront. Several restaurants at your doorstep. Room was very spacious and nicely appointed. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Small detail but tea situation was not great. Tea was not always replaced and mostly fruit teas were supplied. It would be great to also offer Earl Grey, English Breakfast and some milk and for guests from Australia and UK

Almayer was a lovely hotel with excellent staff - a great buy for the money!
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The rooms were very comfortable & clean. The location was terrific & we really liked the Italian restaurant across the alley which was recommended to us by the desk clerk when we arrived. We appreciated having a hot breakfast as part of the room charge. It was delicious & presented nicely.

Cons:

Since our bags were heavy, it would’ve been nice to have an elevator. Also, I managed to get locked in my room the last morning of our stay! The rooms were a little dark & hard to control the temperature.
