Great location, modern room, ok breakfast and welcoming staff

Insgesamt wertiges Haus, sehr sauber, gute Lage und sehr freundlicher Service. Das Frühstück im kleinen Haushof war toll. Die Zubuchung der Parkplatzmöglichkeit ein Privileg! Das angrenzende Restaurant serviert eine sehr gute Pizza.

This was a beautiful property in a great location, I think probably the best accommodation we had during our stay to Croatia. We had a room in the annex building looking out to the square and sea view. The room was far bigger than we expected and very modern in an old building with small balcony. Great checking experience with everything about the hotel and location explained. Breakfast in the main building was excellent with a great choice. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Zadar. Should you get a taxi from the bus station to the property, take an uber…our taxi was €32 there & €5.50 back to the station using uber

The hotel has an amazing location. We had a loft room for the three of us that worked out well. The garden restaurant was excellent and breakfast was included and delicious. The staff were super helpful and there is parking.

Schöne, zentrale Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Total zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, dass unsere Anforderungen in Bezug auf die Parkplätze, Auto und Anhänger, super gelöst hat und selbst bei einem technischen Problem sofort helfen konnte. Sehr schöne und idyllische Lage von Restaurant beziehungsweise Frühstücksraum.N

Chambre sous les toits. C est original. Emplacement idéal pour se promener dans le vieux Zadar. Place de parking. Pas certaine que ce soit agréable en cas de forte chaleur mais notre séjour parfait.

Tout, sans exception ! L’accueil et les conseils de Matea étaient supers ! La chambre dans la dépendance était formidable… Et le breakfast top !

We booked two standard rooms at the Alamayer Art and Heritage Hotel in Zadar. The first room was adequate, though not luxurious, while the second was completely different and unacceptable. This hotel dared to give a shabby room to a disappointed and angry couple. How could this hotel offer a room that was like an attic (under the roof), the kind of room usually reserved for storing old, broken, or no longer used items? The answer is simple: to make more money, of course, and this hotel ruined our stay by treating us like easy prey. Is the next step to set up camping tents to increase your number of rooms? This "room" had no window, no natural light, the ceiling was too low, and my brother kept hitting his head on it in places! The atmosphere in this "room" was gloomy. Furthermore, without a window, it was clear the room couldn't ventilate properly, and we're sure the air was stale. We paid almost 200 euros for this dump, and the hotel's predatory behavior, ready to do anything to make money off tourists, is despicable.
When the couple was put in this dump, they realized the injustice they had done and offered them a better room, but it was too late because they had already unpacked, were in bed, and were exhausted from walking and hours in the car.
This room is unacceptable, and this hotel shows a lack of respect for the tourists who trusted them. For future travelers: they have 4 standard rooms, 3 of which are acceptable and 1 unacceptable, and each tourist has a 25% chance of sleeping in a place that doesn't suit them. So it's up to you to decide if you want to take a chance on this hotel in the city of Zadar, which has no shortage of alternatives.

Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed, nice decor. Excellent breakfast and room facilities. Really helpful staff. Brilliant location.
