Everything one needs for luxurious stay in Ljubljana
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean and modern. Our room had a gorgeous view over the city. Room service was excellent and the hotel restaurant has Michelin mention and a talented somelier. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Tv in our room was small, glitching and didn’t have casting. Part of the otherwise amazing pool area was under construction.

Modern and Slick, but Poor Service and Overpriced.
Pros:

The hotel looks good, feels modern, and the room is quite comfortable. The spa facilities and the bar are clearly where this hotel shines.

Cons:

Although mostly polite and pleasant, the staff were incompetent at handling basic requests (some of which we paid for). There was also a mix-up at check-in, which marred the first impression and was ultimately frustrating (even though it was sorted after an hour or two). Our Premium Room, which, after the check-in confusion, ended up being a spacious Classic Room (a downgrade) on a high floor, was right under the gym (on the 18th floor), which meant we couldn't sleep past 7am due to the clatter of weights being dropped. Nonetheless, for this price point, I would expect much more, and it is a shame....
