Na recepciji su naplatili unaprijed plaćen boravak , pa je bilo potrebno čekati povrat sredstava , pa bi bilo lijepo možda malo poraditi na tome

Cons:

-Spa wird ab ~21:45 aufgeräumt und abgeschaltet (wäre schön, wenn dies um 22:00 geschiet wie angegeben), aber generell nicht negativ zu werten ;)

Alles gepflegt. Sauber und Nettes Personal. Pool und Aussicht sehr schön

Check in leider wurde nichts übers Hotel mitgeteilt. Leider kein Lüften im Zimmer möglich. Check out wollten wir nur Frühstück bezahlen , er hat das ganze Zimmer verrechnet obwohl es zuvor schon über Booking bezahlt wurde und zu spät am Bankomat gesehn. Das war ärgerlich. Geld sollte hoffentlich di nächsten 2-3 Tage zurückkommen meinte er

Not a 5 star Hotel, not even close, no help with luggage, food came cold as ice on the room service, find another hotel don’t stay there, they charge you for 5 star hotel price but it’s not even 4 star, very bad, find another hotel when stay in Ljubljana, cleaning it’s disgusting too, a lot a dust all the room, we ask for a better cleaning at the first day, nothing change, disgusting hotel.

Elegant 5 star hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.
