Pros:

Good location. Nice room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was probably a little better than some others we've had in hotels in the US, but still pretty bad.

Pros:

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were super welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety, and as a vegetarian I always had plenty of options. The room was huge and had everything I needed.

Pros:

I like that the property was friendly towards people who are afraid of elevators.

Cons:

In the kitchen area it was no dish detergent to wash the dishes. The bathroom had leaks in the ceiling. Check out was 11 I started taking my clothes to the car came back at 10:20 house keeping was already in the room cleaning

We may look into a different hotel for next year.
Pros:

Price. Location to Carnegie Hall. Included breakfast. Had a gym with elliptical machines free weights.

Cons:

The toilet was dirty and there was dirt on the floor.
