The room was great! Nice size. Bathroom was clean. The bed was fine, fairly comfortable. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchenette was really nice and had a large fridge. Despite small annoyances we had a very nice stay. Oh, the breakfast was also good. Good choices.
I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. And it was a bit difficult maneuvering in and out of the garage when someone else was parked in the ally. No where convenient to park your car while you check in. The space where the breakfast bar was could have been bigger. It got very crowded and felt like we were in each other’s way. The soap supplied in the bathroom was horrible.

The food was exceptional. In fact, it was gourmet quality.
Woman who was at the front check-in "desk" was terse, rude, impolite, and unprofessional and should not be interfacing with the public. She was like this two days in a row, indicating this was not simply a bad day or one-off in behavior.
The cloth furniture in the room was stained and dirty looking. This applies to the chair as well as the sofa
There was mold in portions surrounding the tub caulking.

The breakfast was probably a little better than some others we've had in hotels in the US, but still pretty bad.
I had a really great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were super welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety, and as a vegetarian I always had plenty of options. The room was huge and had everything I needed.
