Great experience! Please ventelated pool area.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast had lots of choices. Definitely booking again

Cons:

Pool was clean but the area could use more ventilation. Chlorine was so strong we couldn't swim due to respiratory issues upon walking in pool area .

Good value hotel but need to address slippery shower floor.
Pros:

Convenience to the airport, breakfast, staff

Cons:

Shower was so slippery that we had to hang onto the shower door bar with one hand the entire time showering. It was scary because you felt like you were going to fall.

It was pleasant in spite of being wakened at 5am and not having a pool available.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Beds great. Staff nice. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. check out easy.

Cons:

We were awakened at 5am with fire alarm because apparently someone in kitchen burned bacon and there was smoke. Fire department came and we were cleared to go back to room. I felt badly for those with infants and children who had to leave their rooms and wake up the children. Pool was not available because of mechanical problems. I thought we might get a discount because of the inconvenience of being aroused at 5am and having a non functioning pool but they did apologize.

Safe & comfortable
Pros:

As a solo female traveler I really enjoy this hotel. I stay during the Brimfield market and feel very safe. It’s clean, quiet, has friendly staff, and a nice breakfast.
