Pros:

I was told that booking.com needed to reach out to the hotel so I can get my 30% discount for the room being totally disgusting. I think I should not pay for anything.

They need to clean their room better and pay attention

Disappointing experience for the cost.
Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. There were dead flies in the corners and potato chip crumbs in the cabinets. The soap containers in the shower were empty.

So So for the price and location
Pros:

Rooms were spacious for the most part and updated but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be. Garbage was in the pail. Strands of long brown hair were all over the bathroom floor. I had to use a sanitized wipe to clean up. All the bath towels are a gray color or should they be white? The smell of weed in the hallway was annoying. Someone lit up a blunt near our window around 1am , we’re on the 3rd floor and the snore went right into our a/c unit and blew into our room.

Good Breakfast, big room, clean, nice fitness center, lots of parking.

Cons:

Had a carpet tile coming up in the room, staff couldn't keep up with the breakfast trash as trash cans were always full, bed was way too soft.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Cons:

Location is next to a major roadway and the noise in the room was loud with trucks (not sound secure in any way), people doing drugs in the parking lot, felt unsafe, paid extra for a suite and it was less than mediocre, room felt empty, ceiling in bathroom falling apart and you can tell the bathroom above had leaks, shower floor hazardous and extremely slippery, shower drain hazardous as if you step on one side it comes off
