Nice spot
Pros:

Clean. Modern. Friendly staff. Nice reception area

Cons:

Breakfast was basic and expensive. Room price was high for what it was but I guess that’s peak season prices

It was great and I’d go again - if the couch were replaced.
Pros:

Location to places to see and do was great. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The couch in the room was horrible. You really couldn’t sit on it to watch tv. Uncomfortable would be too nice a word for it.

A very successful first experience.
Pros:

We were impressed with the facility. The experience was far more elegant than we normally get. We liked the room and the area. We will return in the future.

Cons:

Only that we couldn't stay longer.

Nice clean hotel, would have appreciated breakfast. We bought 2 cups of yogurt with granola and 2 coffees at their food

It didn’t include breakfast and most Marriott’s do.

Good to very good - everyone was super nice and some older guests were really demanding of staff
Pros:

Location was good - good proximity to Stockbridge and Lenox. We did not eat at the hotel - only morning coffee.

Cons:

The shower in our bathroom dripped all night, then when we went to take a shower in the morning it was really hard to turn on. We reported to the front desk at checkout, so hopefully its fixed now.

Perfect following Tanglewood concert!

Staying at the Courtyard Mariott met my needs to meet my doctors at the Ultrawellness Center.

Beautiful room, very clean, had everything we need.

I gave a 9 instead of 10 because the reservation said you have a $10 breakfast which was not the case.

Be treated like family!!
Pros:

We had. MOST ENJOYABLE experience for 5 days of vacation!
We were so comfortable in our studio room overlooking the mountains!
We enjoyed the pool and the pretty courtyard and fire pit in the back., and all the nearby attractions!
The staff was SO WELCOMING and helpful and attuned to all our needs!
They upgraded our room and gave us a larger refrigerator and treated us like family and advised us on activities to do.. especially Aysa, Olivia, Rochelle, Maria , and Travis!
We wish that they had availability for us this summer to bring our whole family back!
We would certainly stay here again!
