Очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле! Номер просторный, чистый и стильный. Есть рабочая зона. Красивое, мягкое освещение, led лампа над кроватью и можно играться со светом. Зеркала в полный рост - это плюс. Завтрак был вкусный. Персонал говорит на английском. Есть частная парковка на территории отеля, что очень удобно, поскольку мы были на автомобиле. В целом всё было супер!

Cons:

Мы открыли форточки, насколько позволяло окно, чтобы проветрить комнату, потому что было достаточно душно, пришлось отодвинуть жалюзи, но в целом впечатление осталось отличным.

Cons:

Le service room nous avons commandé un repas le soir et le repas était très en dessous de nos attentes et le prix était très élevé.
Nous avons été servi avec des assiettes non couverts donc aucune hygiène.vraiment inacceptable.

The room temperature was around 35C. It was like an oven. The AC was not working. They sent an engineer to have a look. Engineer said that in winter the AC does not work and to open the window. The window could only be opened less than 3-4 cm. It did not help at. I requested to get my room changed. They said they will get back to me. After waiting for 30 minutes. I packed all my bags and went to reception and requested a full refund so I can go to another hotel. I was then given a room where the window did open slightly wider which helped.

It’s a great experience and surely coming back to the hotel
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel.I really liked the service of the employees and the staff. The room was was spotless, well cleaned and organized making it a great experience. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. And a special thanks to Aylin for her hospitality and help that she provided.
