Сотрудники приветливые, доброжелательные, готовы помочь, объяснить непонятные моменты, хорошо знают английский язык.
Просторные комнаты, большие кровати, есть дополнительный диванчик, который при необходимости можно разложить для доп. спального места (например, для детей или неудачливых мужей).
Хороший завтрак, разнообразный, некоторые позиции изменяются день к дню.

Cons:

Мебель, двери, сантехника сильно изношенные.
Из душевой кабины из-за особенностей её строения и неплотного прилегания двери каждый раз натекала вода.
Окна без антимоскитных сеток, приходилось на ночь оставлять работать кондиционер.

Overall, this was our worst stay here, and we left feeling very disappointed
Pros:

The only positive thing about our stay was the breakfast.

Cons:

Our family was split up and placed on different floors, which was very inconvenient. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the tables were still sticky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. During our first two stays, we were never charged an extra fee for our dog. On our third stay, however, they suddenly decided to charge us without any clear explanation. This inconsistency was very disappointing.

Overall, this stay was much worse than our previous experiences, and unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I couldnt charge EV, because they only have ZES charger which is not sending authorization SMS to foreign mobile numbers. Asked hotel to help but they couldn't. My main reason for staying there on my trip was the benefit to charge my car.
