Pros:

Очень удобные матрасы и приятное постельное белье, после долгой дороги очень хорошо можно отдохнуть. Ещё большой плюс, что можно с маленькими собачками

На сайте написано что рум сервис работает 24/7. По итогу мы приехали в 2 ночи, нас прекрасно встретили и сказали что заказать еду в ресторане отеля ночью невозможно. Ни одна доставка еды в такое время уже не работала. Мы снимали 3 номера. В 2х из них не работали корректно ручки открытия окон. Еда на завтраке практически отсутствовала. Вареные яйца, жареная колбаса, картошка фри. Много вкусных булок, овощей. Персонал очень отзывчивый, быстро принесли дополнительные полотенца и воду. Если отель входит в корпорацию Radisson то даже не от пятизвездочного отеля ждешь чуть большего. В целом, переночевать по дороге можно, но будьте готовы к небольшим неудобствам.

It's okay
Pros:

The room was big and quite clean. Breakfast was nice as well. Another plus was the secured private parking.

Cons:

The staff did not speak English at all and the communication was hard, even with the receptionist. It's not something that you expect from such a hotel chain. Also the receptionist was not willing to help us order some food, but thankfully a really nice security guy assisted us. In the morning, when we went for breakfast, the staff asked for our room number and told us that we should pay extra for it, even though our reservation included breakfast.

Достаточно удобная география для путешествующих на машине, но маленький паркинг!

Cons:

При заселении не сказали, что не будет горячей воды. Тем самым лишили возможности не только помыться но и выбрать другой отель! В 2026 году отсутствие воды в отеле это возврат на 30 лет назад! Кроме того очень слабые завтраки, и огромные мухи в ресторане.

Pros:

Номера достаточно комфортные. Кое где видны следы времени, кое где требуется ремонт, но вполне себе достойно. Можно с собакой, что бывает очень важно.

Cons:

Мы брали три номера, в одном не было горячей воды в умывальника, в другом не работал местный телефон, в третьем термостат. Не рекомендую заселяться на сторону отеля выходящую на металлургический завод - при открытых окнах очень шумно, а при закрытых довольно душно и в номерах сильно пахнет чистящими средствами.

Personel güleryüzlü idi. Sabah dışarıdan bir misafirim geldi. Kahvaltı rezervasyonuma dahil olmamasına rağmen 2 kişi kahvaltı aldık. Üstüne afiyet şeker kahvelerimizi içtik. Hesap ödemeye gittiğimde ikram olsun dediler. İşte Karadeniz insanı, işte Samsun, işte Türk misafirperverliği böylece unutmaya yüz tutmuşken bize hatırlatan otel çalışanlarına kocaman teşekkür. Ben hizmetin en değerlisini en güzelini aldım. Sabah restaurantda tanıştığım yetkili hanımefendi, otel personeli ve otel sahiplerine ayrıca bir alkış. Hep böyle kalın. Ülkemizin sizin gibi değerli özel insanlara ihtiyacı var. Ayrıca bu yorumu kahvaltıdan ücret almadıkları için değil unuttuğumuz insani değerleri tekrardan hatırlattıkları için yaptım. Yoksa ücret şükür bizim için bir teferruat idi.

Ararsanız mutlaka bulursunuz. Ama ben aramadım o yüzden beklentimin çok üstünde şeyler aldım.

Very polite welcoming service, good enough breakfast with healthy food too, nice rooms, absolutely great for this brand.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a factory area and there is a strong weird smell outside from the factories. We stayed overnight on a road to Ankara, didn’t know about this, but it’s ok so far, we didn’t stay very long.

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё. Вплоть до ремонта, парковки для авто, удобства, просторные номера, кровать широкая удобная, санузел большой комфортный. Завтраки отдельно 10 из 10

Ich habe zwei Zimmer gebucht. Das eine Zimmer war sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war lecker, vielseitig und umfangreich.

Die Badezimmerartikel in einem Zimmer waren gut.

Cons:

Die Rezeption beim Einchecken war nicht kompetent. Er hat uns erst ein falsches Zimmer gegeben. Und uns gesagt wir müssten die Betten selbst zusammen schieben. Mit den Koffern wurde uns ebenfalls nicht geholfen.

In dem zweiten Zimmer haben die Badezimmerartikel und die Tassen gefehlt.

Es gab keine Extra Kissen.

Der Mitarbeiter vom Frühstück wollte uns zuerst das Essen verwehren, weil wir angeblich das Frühstück nicht bezahlt hätten. Es war im Preis mit inbegriffen.

Bitte die Fenster nicht öffnen! Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Kohlekraftwerk.
