Only 2 choices for breakfast. We got tired of it after 2 days.
There should be more choices.
The shower. Every day after showering it was flooded. The curtain did not stopped the water of coming out.
The gym needed some cleaning because it was veeery dusty.
The location was great and the staff was nice.
The pool was dirty despite us asking several times for a skimmer. A maintenance man was always requested supposedly but never came. The hot tub on the rooftop was not operational and there was no mention of this even at check in. We waited at the restaurant for over an hour after our order was taken but still did not receive our food. They said they had a party and we would be served after them. The rest of the restaurant was empty we were very confused as to how they could only serve one party at a time. It was a dinner for my husband and his father who hadn’t seen each other in over 25 years and it was definitely disappointing. We walked out and went somewhere else where we had a phenomenal service and food. The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk down every time I needed something. The bed was very hard. The bar on the property never opened. Overall none of the amenity’s they mentioned are either available or functional. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved the hotel! Centrally located, safe, and clean. So many things are within walking distance. There’s a spa inside the hotel where several of us got massages for a great price! The stay includes breakfast at a near by restaurant and the food/staff are wonderful! We would stay here again.
The pool seemed a little green with algae and murky. We didn’t end up using it, but hung out on the outdoor decks instead.
Staff were fantastic. Hotel was comfortable and clean. It has a lot of old world charm with nice architecture. The food vouchers were at a sister property a very short walk across the street and the food and service, especially Saul, was excellent.
The pool had some algae build up and we chose not to swim. The lighting in the room was dim.
