Great find in the heart of Hongdae.
Pros:

The room was spacious and well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were great and friendly. Excellent location.

Cons:

Nothing, but could be even better if it had a in-room service and gym (or gym access somewhere)

Não é um hotel boutique, é apenas uma hospedagem.
Você percebe que já não existe atenção aos detalhes de hospitalidade e um olhar para hóspede. O carpete do meu corredor já está totalmente encardido. A recepção é gentil, mas só fala ou olha pra você caso você cumprimente ou peça algo - fora isso, você não existe. O café da manhã vai até 10:30, mas vc tem que chegar no salão até as 10h para pedir. Um dia chequei as 10:01 EXATAMENTE, e a moça se recusou VEEMENTEMENTE a me deixar tomar café. Nesse nível de frustração profissional!
É visivelmente uma operação de ocupação & receita. Falta visivelmente uma gestão mais atenciosa e humanizada, voltada a essência da hospitalidade. Uma pena, pq o hotel tem muito potencial.

Bell'hotel, ma ci sono cose da migliorare.

La posizione dell'hotel, il design degli interni e la funzionalità dei servizi offerti.

Cons:

Le finestre non erano insonorizzate, il che ha reso necessario l'uso di tappi per le orecchie (non l'ideale). Il materasso era abbastanza comodo, ma i cuscini non lo erano affatto.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. It felt like a luxury stay which is crazy given the great price that we paid. Breakfast was great too. The best thing, however, was the location in the heart of Hongdae. Loads of cool cafes and restaurants to choose from. Can't recommend enough.

Pros:

Really clean, modern luxurious room. Excellent location.

Cons:

Can be a bit noisy at night, but I suppose that will be the case for all hotels in Hongdae. Note that breakfast is not a buffet so it may take more time.
