Be careful with the payments!!!!
Pros:

My son was there with a friend in February. When he arrived his reservation was fully paid but they asked him to pay again according to local policies. He agreed to do that as the person in the front desk mentioned a refund was going to be done to the original card. It has been almost 2 months and although I sent several emails to the hotel Im not seeing the refund. They have not been able to provide me with a document that shows the refund and the credit card is telling me that the hotel didn't do anything.

Problemas na estadia
Pros:

Localização, atendimento da recepção.

Cons:

No penúltimo dia de estadia, mexeram na minha mala que estava trancada. Só não levaram nada porque não tinha nada de valor. Mas a gerente foi solícita e se prontificou a arcar com os custos do reparo da mala.

Foco na localização e não na acomodação.
Pros:

Localização do hotel e a bandeira lgbt no design. Ambiente é seguro para a comunidade e nós somos potenciais consumidores, devemos ser levados a sério.

Cons:

Infelizmente o chão do quarto estava meio mole e a limpeza foi inconsistente. As diárias condizem com a localização, mas não com a acomodação.

O preço de aproximadamente 498,75 não são compatíveis com o que a acomodação disponibiliza. Acredito que o valor nesse dia, foi devido a grande evento na cidade, pois já paguei menos de 300,00 na mesma acomodação. Só fiquei devido a localização do hotel. Não vale o valor.
