Apenas a localização, mais perto do shopping Frei Caneca onde é o congresso q participo

Quartos muito pequenos, cama e travesseiros horríveis, toalhas idem, tudo de segunda categoria, sem local para colocar mala, sem telefone no quarto, enfim não indico e dificilmente volto ☹️

Mala experiencia por el error de su sistema con el pago y nro de habitaciones.
Cons:

Que no hayan solucionado a tiempo el pago realizado y nos hicieron pagar doble. Además se debitó nuevamente de la tarjeta. No pude disfrutar por que no habian validado el pago desde un inicio. Ademas la cama era delgada

Confortável, com ressalva do banheiro
Pros:

Bem localizado, quase em frente ao Shopping Frei Caneca, local do evento que eu precisei frequentar. Quarto amplo, café da manhã muito bem servido, enxoval de boa qualidade. Apesar de estar numa zona movimentada, as janelas são anti-ruído e não atrapalhou o descanso.

Cons:

O quarto que fui acomodada era para PCD embora eu não tenha a necessidade e o banheiro não tem box, ou seja, cada banho alaga o banheiro. Deixam um rodo para que o hóspede enxugue o piso, que não tem caída para o ralo, muito desagradável.

Pros:

Café da manhã bom. Localização: poderia ser melhor. Pouco segura à noite. Quarto muito limpo, roupa de cama nova, toalhas de banho muito boas.

Cons:

Hotel não disponibiliza contato com a recepção. Aliás, esse é um problema sério da Rede Slaviero. Precisei avisar sobre um late check-in e simplesmente não havia como falar no hotel. Os números disponibilizados só funcionavam durante a semana/horário comercial. WhatsApp redirecionava para a central de reservas da rede, que só atende até as 12h de sábado. Enviei mensagem pelo Booking, que não foi recebida pela recepção do hotel. Comunicação é tudo, e vc simplesmente fica sem opções. Um horror. Vou evitar essa rede para hospedagem.
