Cons:

Funcionários mal educados. Tive uma triste experiência. Ao abrir a coberta que estava embalada para cobrir minha filha tinha uma calcinha borrada dentro da embalagem. Ao avisar a recepção e pedir a troca, não tive ao menos um pedido de desculpas...

Pros:

Foi se o tempo que podíamos abrir a boca e dizer pode ser pequeno mas os Ibis tem uma cama boa e um excelente chuveiro afinal de contas só vamos para dormir tomar um banho e sair pata trabalhar, mas hoje o chuveiro um conta gota reclamei mas mesmo que nada, acho que reduziram a pressão para gastar menos resultado meia hora para tomar banho, e a toalha? Meu Deus do céu, horrível voçe ganha uma esfoliação de tão velha, gasta e áspera se enxugar com força arrisca a ferir a pele...Decepção total...Ibis nunca mais......

Tirando a situação das camareiras, a estadia foi boa.
Pros:

Ótima localização, funcionários da recepção muito receptivos.

Cons:

Havia pêlos e cabelo de outro hóspede no box do chuveiro. As camareiras do domingo logo cedo, falavam muito alto, faziam muito barulho, além disso, batiam nas portas dos quartos e logo iam abrindo! Haviam hóspedes ainda dormindo. Situação desrespeitosa e constrangedora.
