Pros:

清潔感、スタッフの対応や笑顔、洗濯機付きの部屋など、ホテル自体に関しては満足・特に気になった点はありませんでした。快適に過ごせました。
ただ駅から遠いので、交通の便という点では若干難ありなのかなと。グラブやバイタクを使えば何ら問題ありませんでしたが。

Jag kom tillbaka till denna hotel pga av deras varma och välkomna sätt allt börjar så bra från entré till att checka ut jag har bott i olika hotel men denna är min absolut favorit🙏❤️och speciellt manger som är så hjälpsam och omhändertagande 🙏🙏🙏

Pros:

No sidewalks out the hotel , but once you get to Thong Lor boulevard you get on the sidewalk, it is more convenient. Will you dare to cross the road? Dont trust the signs or go at your own risks ;)
Good hotel for the price, a bit oldish. Bed was excellent, great sleep. Should change the sofas in the living rooms.

Pros:

It's not too far from the main street. BTS is a bit far by walk, but can do it. I had to change room because there was no hot water in the shower. 2 aircon in the room is great. Sofa is not the nice leather one I saw on the photos, more like an old dirty sofa with crumbs in the cracks.

Reasonable prices service apartment
Pros:

Staff can all speak in good English. Nice& cheerful.

Nevertheless, Dusts & hair are everywhere, the door to balcony cannot be locked. Although the service apartment is all the way down the street, I feel ok in terms of safety issues.

Oh! There are three adorable kittens at the car park.

Not a 4-star property!!
Pros:

Rooms are smaller and darker than they appear. The balcony is basically there to house air conditioning units. We were basically facing someone’s living room, no space between buildings and no sunlight.

No bathrobes, no slippers. You had to ask for pots and pans, utensils and even hand towels.

Some of the gym equipment didn’t work.

We booked in to another hotel halfway through as it was ruining our stay.

Overall not what we expected and not as good as the reviews say or have what is advertised.

Tuktuk service was great though and the staff did try to help.

Not bad, not excellent. Better options around.
Pros:

Overall it’s ok but same small issues like internet interruptions (2/3 times per hour) or not useful bathroom (shower water, no protection with the edge). Let’s say it’s ok beau there are way better options around in terms of residence for pretty the same budget.

Too far away and balcony is pointless
Pros:

I really didn't enjoy this place. The hotel is very far inside thong lor which makes it so difficult to take a motorcycle every time. You can't take a taxi because of the crazy traffic to get to the hotel. The rooms were not impressive at all. The balcony is pointless since it has 2 aircon outlets blowing hot air as you stand or try to sit out there. I will not return here
