Localização boa, com outros hoteis próximos e acesso rápido e fácil a outros pontos da cidade. Equipe de atendimento muito boa e solicita.

Cons:

Ao chegar no quarto o mesmo não estava com a melhor limpeza, depois percebi que o teto estava com manchas de mofo. Troquei de quarto e o seguinte estava melhor. Os travesseiros são péssimos, a espuma não está mais unida, isto em ambos quartos. Cabine do snitário é extremamente pequena, o espaço para se sentar é mínimo. O chão não estava limpo o suficiente, para pisar descalço é desconfortável, uma vez que depois deitaremos com os pés sujos, também havia mancha de encardido/desgastado em um canto do chão, acredito que onde a maioria das pessoas colocam a mala e/ou os sapatos.

Ja me hospediu em outros hoteis da rede, mas este foi a pior experiencia que tive.

Cons:

Mesmo tendo feito a reserva, quando chegamos no hotel tinha uma fila com inúmeras pessoas e o check-in demorou entre 2:30 a 3 h. As atendentes não respeitavam a fila, passando pessoas sem preferências na frente, na verdade, tinha a preferência por parte do atendente.
