Perfect location and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Room was very clean and had all the amenities that you needed. The location on the river is perfect, just a short walk across the bridge to the market and all the main streets of shops and restaurants. We arrived extremely early so were allowed to check in at 10am rather than the stated 2pm without any fuss which was amazing. Could not fault this hotel and will be staying again upon my return.

Cons:

A very small point there is no on site coffee shop or restaurant, but there is literally a coffee shop across the street so it’s not really a problem. There’s really nothing not to like.

The location is good and the staff is active

Cons:

The TV is not working , the aircon remote is no battery. Many mosquitoes in the room . Old stuff in the toilet , pool is not clean enough for swim

Pros:

was upgraded to a nice room with a good view towards river. Reception guy was pleasant but seemed to be the only one that could speak english a bit. think hotel only had a few guests . its a good 15 mins or so walk to main town and great restaurants.

Cons:

no breakfast as I was aware of but no restaurant operating but there was one there. had to ask after 3rd day for room to be cleaned. lots of bugs in room coming under the door . Hot water only lasted 5 mins, I dont want a cold shower even tho weather is warm. Would I stay again,answer no but looks a very nice hotel but think better options closer to town.

Cons:

You couldn’t leave the air conditioner or fridge on when you left the room. Therefore no cold drinks or cool room to come back to. Very hot conditions

Pros:

The hotel is location is perfect for a walk to the city center, shops, street vendors, the boulevard, and durian monument. Friendly staff, and the room were moderately nice.
