Loved my stay here! No complaints.

A brand new hotel, feeling fresh and vibrant, with a colour scheme to match. Lovely atria with plants and even a bird making a nest! Rooms are huge, with decent sized bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. The rooftop pool is very refreshing and the bar is a cozy place. The breakfast is part buffet and part ala carte, with more than enough options and the food is delicious. I would be happy to stay again.

Fabulous location, most delicious breakfast and incredible pool/view not to mention most delightful staff.

Pleasant and relaxing wind down over Christmas. Staff was very attentive to our needs allowing a late check out to accommodate a night flight home.
The Studios being a short walk away from the main resort, there was a constant flow of available transfer buggies to and from, on demand.
Would recommend the locale to anyone.

Staffs are very nice but the sliding door in my room did not work....
They fixed in late night but it took long time...
Manager gave me late check out but no one had cleaned up my room when I asked clean up（turn on clean up button in my room ).
The swimming pool and bar was V nice view:)

Studios at Alila Seminyak is such a beautiful resort. We had such a relaxing time sitting by the pool and watching the sunset go down.

Great hotel but staff need to improve their attitude. And they also need to spell names properly( as on passports).

And club sandwiches are how I rate hotels....
Everyone was so friendly, food is fantastic, choice of poolsamazing, location... the best!!

Centrally locates and one of the best in a Seminyak. Will keep coming back

Absolutely beautiful hotel, Seasalt restaurant and it’s view are amazing. The pools by the beach are breathtaking. We like to walk and chill at different places when in Bali, but this hotel just made it so difficult to leave it’s grounds, even though the location is perfectly located by restaurants, cafes, bars, beach clubs etc etc.
Just 1 minor thing I found not great was that our room was located in an adjacent building which was connected to the hotel only through a public street, which lessened the feeling of exclusivity..that said, buggies come and go constantly from the hotel’s main building which was alright and because the main building is further in, our building was located very conveniently right by the main street. Will definitely come back again

This was my third stay at Alila, since the takeover by Hyatt, I was quite disappointed. Even though check in is 3pm, we didn’t get to our room till 3.50pm. Too long after an early morning start from home. Took 30 mins for a coke and a beer to arrive at the pool, and most staff were complacent. For the price you pay, the rooms are clinical and average.

4th stay and loved it! Great location and facilities- the staff are amazing also!

Location is great right on the beach and close to all good dinner spots in seminyak.
Pool is outstanding and breakfast is perfect

Alila’s facilities was five star, from the pool to the pool bar, restaurant, room and spa. It was hard for me to leave the hotel and explore because I was so relaxed by the pool and beautiful views.

The first room was extremely noisy and under furnished. We were moved to a better room, but in the process, the door lock ran out of batteries and we were left stranded in the lobby in our pyjamas with no one updating us on any progress, while the problem was fixed so we could access our belongings.
One day during our stay the room wasn’t serviced - despite the service light being left on all day.

The service is outstanding as are the facilities. Perfection. Great location.

The rooms was so humid and had really bad smell. Recommend you to stay in the main building.

Nothin but amazing and clean.Enjoyed every moment of my stay.
