Convenient location, friendly staff
Basic room but quiet and had everything we needed
Chambre très confortable, belle espace de réception, buffet du petit déjeuner offrant un très large choix sucré/salé. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bonne localisation au coeur de Berlin.

La posizione è buona, sia per girare a piedi sia per utilizzare i mezzi; Alexander Platz è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi.
Buona la colorazione con ampia scelta.

Nulla in particolare, sarebbe utile sono un po’ più di attenzione ai servizi e alla gestione delle camere, alcuni particolari lasciavano desiderare, come per un breve soggiorno più che bene, ma non all’altezza del nome.

Jeśli chodzi o markę Hampton by Hilton to ten hotel w Berlinie absolutnie od niej odstaje. W pokoju kurz zalega grubą warstwą. Silikon w hotelowej łazience czarny i naprawdę domaga się wymiany. Wykładzina na korytarzach brudna. W pokoju wykładzina pełna włosów z poprzednich gości.
To nie pierwszy mój pobyt w tej sieci hoteli ale pierwszy, którego nie polecę.
Het ontbijt
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht. Hier war es etwas eng, aber wenn man es nur zum Schlafen braucht war auch das ok Ordnung.
Der Teppich war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und daher sehr fleckig.
Schönes und großes Hotel. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstücksbuffett wurde immer stets nachgefüllt. Gute lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Alexanderplatz.
Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, war jeden Morgen am Frühstücksbuffet dementsprechend auch sehr viel los.
