Pros:

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a pochi minuti da Alexanderplatz e dalla stazione.
Ottima colazione internazionale, ho apprezzato molto l'aver trovato lo yogurt senza lattosio e il latte vegetale.
La struttura è bella, la sala della colazione ampia.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di pulizia, il giorno dopo l'arrivo non hanno risistemato la camera. Non mi era mai capitato.
Il 3 giorno hanno rifatto solo il letto matrimoniale e non il divano letto.
In bagno hanno solo aggiunto 2 asciugami, ma non hanno ritirato quelli bagnati e nemmeno passato uno straccio a terra per togliere capelli e altro.
La camera non era particolarmente pulita... C'era parecchia polvere.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is very well positioned and you can easily arrive by foot to the city center. We even took a very long walk from the hotel to the Berlin Zoo as the weather was pleasant. If you don't fancy long walks, though, you have access to trams and buses in front of the hotel or the underground from Alexanderplatz. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfy, with clean sheets. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with many choices every day. Even though the tram station is right in front of the hotel, I didn't feel like the noise was extremely bothering and I really am a light sleeper. Nothing that a pair of earplugs can't fix.

Cons:

Would be good to pay more attention to the shower hygiene and cleanliness - the silicone had mold on it and that is dangerous for the hotel guests' health. Also, if digital check-in is offered, that should properly work and guests should not be asked to check in at the reception either way. Otherwise, I have yet another useless app on my phone that I don't plan to keep installed, unfortunately.

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Gute Zentrale Lage. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Viele Steckdosen, Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Für drei Personen fanden wir das Familiezimmer zu klein. Keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck.

Ein schöner Kurztrip in einem Hotel mit super Frühstück, tollem Personal und spitzen Lage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sensationell! Eine super große Auswahl, toll präsentiert und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber und von der Größe völlig ausreichend.

Леглата в стаите са удобни. Добра изолация за шума от булеварда.

Cons:

По време на престоят ни се повреди един от асансьорите и се наложи доста да се чака при придвижването до стаите с единственият работещ асансьор.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed. Ligger centralt.
Pros:

Super hotel. God morgenmad og fint værelse. Sengen var behagelig men knirkede en del. Ellers ingen klager om værelset. Morgenmaden var god og der var et stort udvalg til både børn og voksne.

Cons:

Parkeringen var meget dyr! Måske det bare er sådan i Berlin. Man skal være opmærksom på at man betaler for påbegyndte døgn.
