Virkelig dårlig oplevelse….

Det var god morgenmad.

Cons:

Vi bestilte værelser med udsigt over byen, men fik værelser med udsigt ind i gården. Da vi klagede fik vi at vide, at det måtte vi selv tage med Booking.com. Generelt var det virkeligt surt og ringe personale. Rengøringen kom brasende ind på værelset flere gange, selvom vi vi ikke skulle have rengøring og der blev ikke en gang sagt undskyld eller lignende. Yderligere var der ikke mulighed for parkering, da vi ankom til hotellet selvom der står dette. Der er nok 30 p-pladser til dette store hotel, hvilket gør det nærmest umuligt at få en plads.

Vi kan ikke anbefale dette hotel, hvis man ønsker et godt og lækkert ophold.

Odalar temiz değildi, özellikle duşakabin ve halılar çok pis. Oda da elbise asacak yer yok. Sadece bir raflı dolap ve 4 adet askı var. Koyacak yer olmadığından elbiseleri bavuldan çıkaramadık. Oda çok dar geçerken resmen birbirimize yer vermekmzorunda kaldık
Bir tane bile çekmece yok. Terlik verilmiyor, istenildiğin de ücret talep ediliyor. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok ince ve rahatsız. Kahvaltısı bizim için yetersiz geldi. Kısacası otelin konumu hariç maalesef beğendiğimiz bir şeyi olmadı.

Für mich enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, die Zimmer gut und sauber.
Leider bin ich dennoch sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe meine teure Uhr dort vergessen, sofort den Verlust gemeldet, was sich sehr kompliziert darstellte. Schlechtes Durchkommen per Telefon, zum Teil Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter erlebt. Habe vor Wochen die Portokosten gezahlt, die Uhr bis heute nicht zurück.

Das ist ein Grund für mich, dieses Hotel nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Close to public transport. The breakfast selection was fantastic!!

Cons:

Not necessarily a bad thing, but as a foreigner to Germany, I was very surprised to not find free bottled water in the room in such a highly rated hotel. Remembered tap water is safe to drink in Austria and did some quick research: turns out, Berlin water is also safe to drink. It would be nice if this was advertised in some way in the room for others from countries where this is not the case and whom might not think of this option.

Osoblje jako otvoreno za pomoć, hotel na odličnoj razini uz potrebu izmjene madraca
Pros:

Doručak je bio dobar. Ima ok selekciju hrane, ali pancetu stavljaju rijetko i samo na kraju, a to je najslađi dio doručka pa nam je to falilo jedan dan jer nismo dočekali. Super je što ima stvarno puno stolova pa nema čekanja na mjesto.

Cons:

Jedino što su madraci jako istrošeni pa odmor nije bio na razini. Tu je potrebna hitna zamjena jer se osjete da su totalno propali. Dodatno, iako smo rekli da ne treba čišćenje soba nismo dobili gratis piće što im stoji na plakatu iza recepcije, a skužili smo tek na odlasku kada smo rješavali račune. Dodatno, ne znam zašto ako je jedna rezervacija napravljena za 4 sobe ne može biti jedan račun za sve nego svaki račun odvojeno. Previše vremena uzima naplata i izdavanje računa te nama naknadno još oduzima vrijeme sve to knjižiti u firmi.

Gute Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel , vieles auch in fussläufiger Nähe

Das 3. Bett (Sofa Bett) nicht sehr bequem, und zu zweit in dem Queensize Bett mit einer Decke auch nur sein komfortabel (aber ist ja auch Geschmackssache).
