According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization in order to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is in the company of his parents.
Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet (Dogs and Cats), with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 30 tax and must be paid upon check-in. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. Localização, por ser do lado do metrô. Café da manhã bom e bem variado.
Dos funcionários, tivemos alguns problemas com nosso cartão do quarto e achamos o quarto com pouca iluminação e as luzes das camas não estavam funcionando.

A localização é excelente, pertinho da Av. Paulista que tem atividades culturais incríveis, pude fazer tudo à pé. Outra facilidade é que a estação de metrô Paraíso fica do lado do hotel, isso facilitou muito meu deslocamento para outros lugares de interesse. Isso dá economia de tempo e com transporte. Adorei o café da manhã. Reservo sempre no Íbis porque já sei o que vou encontrar em qualquer lugar no mundo.
No meu último café da manhã a máquina de capuccino não estava funcionando, uma pena porque o capuccino é uma delícia, não gosto de ficar sem ele.
