Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization in order to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is in the company of his parents.

Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet (Dogs and Cats), with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 30 tax and must be paid upon check-in. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. Hotel simples, seguro, bem localizado e compatível com o preço.

Hotel simples, seguro, quarto pequeno, ótima limpeza, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã bom. A localização é muito boa. O atendimento da recepção foi rápido e tranquilo (fiz o check in online).

Cons:

Só o que pecou foi não ter cobertores extras para o imenso frio que estava em SP. O quarto é bem gelado e não possui aquecimento. Solicitamos mais cobertores para o quarto e nos foi informado que todos estavam em utilização.

Do banheiro o chuveiro é complicado colocar ele numa posição que fique bom pra tomar banho, a limpeza achei que deixou a desejar os cobertores não tinham cheiro de limpeza pareciam estar sujos e na arrumação do quarto nem limpavam direito

Me cobraram para fazer um check in 1:30 mais cedo. E eu desocupei o quarto às 7 da manhã do dia seguinte. Depois me cobraram um valor a mais da garagem pois eu estava em um evento do lado do hotel. Não justifica eu tirar o carro. Sendo que eu tirei ele as 16:30. Acredito que se fosse uma alta temporada ou o hotel estivesse com super lotação. Eu entenderia.

Pra que melhorar, se dá para piorar?

Confesso que não gostei muito, exceto pela proximidade do hotel do Hospital Samaritano Paulista.

Cons:

Fiquei hospedada por duas noites num quarto adaptado para cadeirante. O banheiro, sem box, ficou encharcado com o banho. A geladeira não funcionava e por isso não pude manter as canetas de insulina refrigeradas e para completar, não houve serviço de camareira, o que fez com que eu tivesse que arrumar a cama e o banheiro ao chegar na segunda noite, bem tarde, após acompanhar a internação e cirurgia da minha mãe! Péssima experiência com custo-beneficio insatisfatório!
