Excellent Hotel, worth a stay!
Pros:

-Large comfortable room
-Location to sites of interest, walking distance
-Very helpful staff
-Cleanliness of the property
-Quiet area
-Very good breakfast and choices
-Value for money

Cons:

When the staff were cleaning/servicing the room, they did not clean/replace the used wine glasses and tea cups. Which let the hotel down!

Wunderschöner Kurztrip
Pros:

Gemütliches kleines Hotel nur wenige Fußminuten von der Porta Nigra entfernt, von wo aus man bequem die wichtigsten/ bekanntesten Punkte der Stadt fußläufig erreichen kann. Zimmer war ruhig, die Betten sehr gemütlich und das Frühstücksbuffett klein aber fein. Toll ist der zum Hotel gehörige Parkplatz, auf dem man sein Auto gegen eine kleine Gebühr über den ganzen Aufenthalt hin abstellen kann. Das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer.

Ideales Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Trier
Pros:

Wir kamen spät nachts an und bekamen einen Code für den Schlüsseltresor. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, brauchten einen Parkplatz, den hatte es für einen zusätzlichen Betrag Verfügung.
Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, wirklich nahe beim römischen Tor…

Cons:

Plastikunterlage im Bett war zu stark spürbar.
Aber da bin wohl ich besonders empfindlich;)
