Pros:

Estou bastante acostumada com as instalações do ibis budget. Acho o custo benefício bom. A localização facilita bastante, pois fica próximo ao shopping e grandes avenidas.

Cons:

Ter alterado a recepção para o prédio da frente sem comunicação foi um tanto de transtorno para nós, pois todas as vezes que necessitamos da recepção tivemos que ir até o outro hotel. O atendente foi bastante demorado para fazer o nosso check in, demoramos mais de meia hora para entrar no quarto mesmo estando com a reserva.

Localização.. facilidade de estacionar , pagando R$ 15.00 diária, não sabia quando fiz a reserva .

Cons:

Apertamento total , não tem geladeira, apenas 4 cabides pendurados. Para fazer as necessidades temos que entrar de costas, ficamos duas noites e o quarto não foi limpo, nem arrumado .

Limpeza muito ruim, roupas de cama e banho manchadas e de baixa qualidade, teto do quarto mofado, ar condicionado com muito pó, janelas sujas, paredes sujas, hotel precisando de reforma geral. Não tem frigobar no quarto.
