Prático e bem localizado
Pros:

Localização, tamanho do apartamento (apesar de ser um budget), adorei a reposição gratuita de água gelada (inclusive com gás) no saguão. Opção de tomar o café da manhã (pago a parte) no Íbis ao lado (é bem melhor com um custo adicional bem pequeno).

Cons:

Precisa melhorar a limpeza do banheiro. Os rejuntes estavam encardidos, saiu um pouco do padrão Íbis .

Pros:

Excelente custo benefício. O quarto não é muito grande, mas atende muito bem. A localização é excelente. Com padaria, supermercato, horti fruti, bares no entorno. E com acesso fácil aos principais bairros da cidade.

As roupas de cama decepcionaram. Não havia cobertas disponíveis no quarto. Tive que pedir e o lençol era de casal para uma cama de solteiro - pura adaptação desconfortável para uma boa noite de sono.
