unica coisa boa é a localização, bem perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé! os atendentes foram ok, mas o que me chocou foi o leyout do quarto, simplemente horrivel, nao via a hora de ir embora

o banheiro é horrivel, é no meio do quarto, nao tinha necessidade de ser assim, podiam ter feitp um espaço melhor, parecia que nao limapvam o chuveiro, cheio de moscas dentro, tudo mofado, horroroso! nao tinha toalha de rosto, nao tinha shampoo, o ralo do banheiro estava frouxo e parece que nunca foi limpado.

Cheguei começo da noite e logo sai. Retornando bem tarde, e muito cansado de uma longa viagem, percebi que o colchão estava com as molas quebradas, ficando eu num cuia, ademais que em qualquer mexida na cama, o barulho do colchão era enorme. Procurei um interfone com a recepção, mas nao possuia..assim, pelo cansaço, pernoitei no canto minimo da cama.
Na madrugada tentei diminuir a temperatura do ar e o controle não funcionava..notei que a marca do controle e do aparelho eram diferentes; talvez isso fosse o problema. Relatei tudo no checkout, e recebi resposta que estariam colocando na lista de afazeres do hotel. Fiquei pensando qual seria o tamanho dessa lista!?
