Pros:

A localização era boa.

Cons:

O quarto não foi limpo no segundo dia. Provavelmente os detectores de fumaça não funcionam, pois houve alguém fumando no quarto e o cheiro chegou no meu. Insuportável. O café da manhã é desorganizado. Nos meus 3 dias faltaram pratos e xícaras. E vi a limpeza feita pela funcionária: o pano que ela passou na mesa foi o mesmo que passou no assento da cadeira e no encosto, nessa ordem. Não pretendo mais me hospedar ali.

O quarto apresentou algumas limitações que impactaram o conforto da estadia. Não havia frigobar nem interfone disponíveis, o que dificulta a comunicação e a praticidade no dia a dia. Além disso, o ambiente contava com uma cama infantil de um andar, cuja estrutura baixa acaba comprometendo a circulação, oferecendo inclusive risco de impacto ao se levantar.

Outro ponto negativo foi a ausência de tapete no piso, o que reduz o conforto térmico e a sensação de aconchego no ambiente.

De forma geral, são ajustes simples, mas que fazem diferença significativa na experiência do hóspede.
