Durante o meu check-in tive um episódio de desregulação emocional relacionado a uma condição psicológica que estou tratando. Eu estava em um momento de grande vulnerabilidade, pois viajaria para prestar um concurso importante. Em vez de agir com profissionalismo, a recepcionista Vivi disse que sentia “nojo” de mim.
Após o ocorrido, tentei explicar que estava em um momento vulnerável e que se tratava de uma condição de saúde, mas ela simplesmente respondeu que não era obrigada a ouvir ou a lidar com esse tipo de situação.

Tudo, a localização é péssima, o banheiro é terrível, é um espeço confinado. O estacionamento é terrível, e pra piorar, o acesso estava obstruído por hóspedes mau educados que deixaram seus carros na frente da saída do estacionamento. As funcionárias extremamente despreparadas, e não possui um segurança se quer no hotel. Fui intimidado e ameaçado por outros hóspedes por solicitar que retirassem os seus veículos da frente do estacionamento para sairmos com nossos carros.
Literalmente o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida.
