Lovely staff and hotel. Food was delicious. On street parking worked fine for us
We stayed in an apartment, which was comfortable with all the equipment you needed. The restaurant was excellent.
Nothing.
The food in the Bistro was very good
This is a tired hotel in need of re-decoration. The bed linen smelled stale.
Perfect location 2 mins from train station. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Room was not quiet. Could clearly hear people coming and going from the other rooms. Could clearly hear the toilet and shower from room next door - the shower next door was especially noisy and bothersome, especially when the occupant used it late at night - sounded like being in a washing machine and kept me awake for a good while. At about 0500/0530 the next morning there was banging and clattering from downstairs - possibly preparations for breakfast. Overall - it wasn't the best sleep I've had.
Great location for town centre and lovely views, exceptional staff
Just a bit tight for space on entering the room but that’s due to the historic architecture
Good location, friendly staff and quality food.
Nothing
Lovely hotel with good food and excellent staff. Made to feel very welcome. A very homely place to stay.
Slightly dated but still added to the charm of the hotel.
This was on our bucket list. Breakfast was a classic and wonderful experience.
Not sure about the bears.
Good location
Very friendly staff all amenities covered good location
Nothing really
We stayed in an apartment which gave us extra facilities and made it easy to deal with our dog. Breakfast was in the hotel, and excellent
Wick was a disappointment - it has seen better days and is now very run down Don't expect to get a choice of places to eat, especially at lunch time
Personal freundlich und hifsbereit aber …
bei starker Auslastung braucht es offensichtlich mehr ausgebildetes Personal!
Very good and enjoyed it .
Everything was fine in my opinion.
Nice & warm on a wintry day
Location and friendliness of staff
Was very warm
Excellent breakfast
I couldn't stay longer
GReat hotel, one which we have stayed at before - we travelled with another two couples who also loved it.
