Pros:

The pool was amazing, the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The cleaning of the beach chairs with water gun, very annoying from 8 to 11 pm.

The staff. Extremely friendly especially Jacqueline, Tracy and the lady serving coffee in the coffee bar (I didn’t get her name).

Cons:

Didn’t serve alcohol. You need a bar like what they have upstairs in the Atlantis. Had to go there on an evening as they have a T.V with sports and a full bar serving alcohol.

Not wellness five star resort at all
Cons:

It marketed itself as a wellness resort and every imagery and marketing material give a peaceful serene kind of experience on offer. We came to celebrate a special occasion and found the hotel literally a circus full of screaming shouting guess. For a wellness resort, even the spa facilities were very, very poor. Beach was not nice either. They’re more like a three star hotel and if it was marketed as such, it would’ve been very well received considering the expectations from a three star are very different from a five star
