Pros:

الاطلالة كانت جميله جدا دا افضل حاجة في الفندق و الموظفين الذين يعملون في المطعم و خدمة الغرف في كمية الاحترام غير كدا اي حاجه تانيه من خدمات من طعام جيد و يمكن أقل من جيد ،

Cons:

اولا الغرفه اول ما دخلت الغرفه رائحة الحمام كانت وحشه جدا نفس رائحة زفارة السمك ثانيا المكيف كان يعمل بشكل بطئ جدا ولا يبرد الغرفه بشكل جيد و ارسلوا لينا شخص يصلحه مرتين و كل مره يجلس فالغرفه اكثر من 10 دقايق ولم يتم تصليحه ، ثالثا انا حاجزة الغرفه بسرير كينج اكتشف ان الغرفه ب سريرين سنجل و ضمنهم علي بعض اللي هو انتوا بتضحكوا علينا دا احتيال و الاكل كان بجد أقل من جيد انا كنت حاجزه فطار و غداء و عشاء و ندمت بجد وجبه الفطار مفيش فيها أي تنوع نوعين جبنه فقط و علي اساس دا باقي انواع المخبوزات و الأطباق الخاصه بالفطار و العشاء كان كذلك ايضا ، موظفين الريسيبشن كانوا قليلين الذوق و رغم كل ما حدث لنا من مشاكل بداخل الغرفه لم يقوموا بدعمنا ولا بمساعدتنا علي الاقل بترقيه ل غرفه اعلي او بمغادرة متأخره .

Pros:

Tremendous value for a 5☆ hotel on the Palm. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, so booked a standard room, no view, for the first night, but they kindly upgraded us to the ocean view suite we had booked for the second night.

Cons:

Not necessarily a negative but be aware it is a dry, no alcohol, hotel. The hotel next door is not dry and very welcoming.
