Bad experience.
Pros:

Bed,pillows are comfortable.
Staff are kind.

The pool is small,crowded.
The beach is not like beach,like a pond.
The dishes are not delicious.
The view from my room was construction site.

Pros:

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Retreat Palm Dubai, and it was such a memorable experience. The receptionist who checked me in was incredibly accommodating and made the arrival smooth and welcoming. Thanks Shiela!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. Thanks to Ali for accommodating us so well at the restaurant.

The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful sea view that made the stay even more relaxing.

I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary cake and balloon decoration. Special thanks to the reservation team for this thoughtful gesture it truly made my day extra special, especially since I hadn’t requested any arrangements.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. If I could give more than 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Couple celebrating a birthday
Pros:

The hotel had its own pool and beach area with sun beds. Everything was very clean, from the rooms to the spa area.

Cons:

Our room was facing towards a construction site which we were not aware of. Hence, it was very loud and considering that the hotel was only at 40% occupancy, they could have easily provided us with a room facing the other side. The staff, however, was very friendly throughout our stay. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. There was no good selection of bread and the dining area in general seemed quite rundown.

Need upgrade
Pros:

staff are friendly.

Cons:

swimming pool is so small compared to the number of people. The rooms need upgrade like the carpets are old and dirty. The room given to us was a corner, not up to our expectation a room wz a view. Buffet option offered the next night was indoors for dinner rather than outdoors which we enjoyed more. parking is full of items that need to be removed; it looked a storage more than a garage.

Great stay, would recommend everyone looking for a retreat.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Beach area access is amazing. Pool is great.

Cons:

Initially I was given a partial sea view room even after booking a full sea view room. They changed it to full sea view but after requesting. Should have been provided the appropriate room by default
