Расположение отеля

Cons:

При бронировании нигде не было указано что напротив идёт огромная и грязная стройка соседнего отеля. Сумма за бронирование не соответствует качеству отеля, услугам и состоянию. Бронь была на 4 ночи, но решил сменить отель на следующий день, тк в номере было пыльно и грязно. Порванные шторы. За оставшиеся 3 ночи отель отказался вернуть деньги. При выезде забыл вещи в номере, через 3 суток вспомнил и вернулся в отель, мой номер уже сдали другим гостям, вещи мои убрали в комнату потеряных вещей и даже не позвонили что нашли вещи. Сам вспомнил и вернулся. При выезде не смогли выдать инвойс на всю оплаченную сумму. Не рекомендую отель.

Pros:

Everything was perfect: beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent private beach, and a very relaxing wellness atmosphere.

However, there were two disappointing points. The Turkish restaurant on the ground floor was often too loud, which made it difficult to truly enjoy the peaceful sunset in the evening.

In addition, the breakfast service needs serious improvement. You are asked what you would like to drink, but even after one hour it sometimes doesn’t arrive — which is quite ridiculous. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple coffee is simply nonsense. This part of the service should definitely be modernized — for example, allowing guests to order coffee via an app would make the experience much more efficient and aligned with a 5-star standard.

The location and staff are excellent, but the restaurant organization needs improvement. In addition, many guests reserve sunbeds on their way to breakfast and then do not use them all day, preventing others from using them while the person who reserved them doesn’t actually use them either.

Overall, a wonderful stay, but the evening noise level and breakfast service should be improved.

Cons:

Kein "5-Stern-Retreat", sondern eine "3-Sterne-Lärmhölle" - ein absolutes Must-NOT-Visit!
Pros:

Personal - sehr bemüht! Aber das Personal kann leider nicht wirklich viel ausrichten gegen einfach ein schlechtes Produkt und eine schlechte User Experience im krassen Gegensatz zum angepriesenen 5 Stern Retreat Label. Die Idee ein Hotel ohne Alkohol, weil der Scheich kein "Bad Money" verdienen möchte ist sicherlich schön und gut, aber dann vor dem Hotel den JetSki mit Verbrenner rauf und runter rasen und seinen Runde drehen zu lassen, ist dann irgendwie "schwierig"!

Cons:

Das ist kein 5-Stern "Retreat", sondern ein 3-Sterne-"Lärm"-Schuppen. Bereits im Frühstücksraum wird man vom Lärm erschlagen. Am Strand wird man den gesamten Tag von der Klimaanlage des Nachbargebäudes aber auch betörendem Baulärm belästigt. Das ist noch nicht genug, denn zudem dreht der Jetski genau vor dem Strandbereich des Hotels seine Runde mit einem betörrenden Lärm.

Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder!

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities.
Pros:

Child friendly. Lots to do. Friendly reception and pool staff. Clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Lovely rooms.

Cons:

Our initial room was facing a construction site. Be mindful of the “sea view” you book as the one side faces a construction site. We had to upgrade for a decent view.
