Datering van de kamers en algehele staat van het hotel. Ontbijt had wel uitgebreider mogen zijn. En de douches bij het zwembad.

Great location but could do with improvements.

The location was very good.

Cons:

Many things. On arrival I wasn't given the room I had booked. When I went back to reception to complain my booking was checked before I was offered another room. I did look at the new room which was much better but decided to stay in the room I had been given initially as it had a better view. The hotel had so many health and safety issues I stopped listing them. This could be a really nice hotel if attention was paid to details that I believe could be easily remedied.
My overall impression was that those running it just didn't care. In the end I cut my stay short by a day so I could relax in a more comfortable place.

Stay away from this hotel.
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. It was extremely uncomfortable for our family.

We couldn't sleep because there was loud music and noise until late at night. The toilet kept running, and the flush wasn't working properly. The bathroom smelled bad, and the toilet had stains that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly.

The room had old, worn-out furniture, and the fridge wasn't working at all. The bed's headboard was broken, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

There was no internet service in the rooms or the restaurant—Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which was very inconvenient.

The breakfast was also very poor. The tomatoes and cheese were not fresh, and the overall quality and cleanliness were unacceptable. It was so unpleasant that we didn't go back for breakfast after the first morning, and our children refused to eat it.

Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to families, and we would not stay here again.

Cons:

This hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment and better management. The rooms and facilities are outdated and poorly maintained.

The hotel should improve the quality and freshness of the breakfast, provide reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms and restaurant as well as the lobby, and install better soundproof windows to reduce the outside noise. These improvements would make the hotel much more comfortable for guests.

Konum manzara ve çatıda havuz olması güzeldi

Cons:

Bu kadar güzel konum ve mimari yapıda olan bir otelin bu kadar eski, bakımsız ve kirli olması sadece yapıya ve şehre yazık hissi verdi. Havuzun etrafında şerit şeklinde çamur lekesi vardı. Odalarda duşlar bozuktu, sifon bozuktu, klima ve minibar zar zor çalışıyordu. Bakım ve temizlik yapılsa inanılmaz turist çekebilecek tasarımda güzel ve potansiyeli yüksek bir otele böyle yazık edilmesi üzücü.

Die Ausstattung und Die Hygiene war katastrophal.İn einem der Zimmern war der Duschkopf defekt.Duschen war nur bedingt möglich.Abfluss hat gestunken.
Für Familien mit und ohne Kindern ,Für Leute die Nachts ausschlafen wollen NİCHT geeignet.Frühstück war auch kasthropal und unhygienisch .Ausserdem war der Aufzug defekt.Es hat geklemmt man hat einen Panik bekommen dadurch.

Pros:

The staff were extremely indifferent and unhelpful.

Whenever you reported an issue to the staff, they would say that they would take care of it, but they never actually resolved the problem. They seemed to have no concern whatsoever.

The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the pool did not appear to be cleaned at all.

The food was stale.

A staff member named Hasret behaved in a highly inappropriate and disturbing manner.

Ausstattung war sehr schlecht, Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, Schimmel war überall zu sehen, WCs waren schmutzig, gerochen hat es überall, genauso gab es nicht genügend Seife und Klopapier, noch zu Ergänzung war überall Spinnennetze+ Wasserschaden und überall kein Fliegengitter
