Sinceramente , já estive em vários hotéis no mundo, francamente em nenhum vi um atendente de recepção tão incompetente e indisposto para ajudar um hóspede. Minha esposa toma um remédio por questões cardíacas que precisava que guardasse na geladeira o cara nem me ouviu e não guardou pra mim pra eu pegar na hora de ir embora. Francamente, se o Ibis quiser entrar em contato eu aponto o funcionário! Ridículo! Treine melhor esses incompetentes sem noção

Atendimento e disponibilidade dos funcionários. foram muito solícitos em guardar a nossa mala enquanto fazíamos compras.

O quarto é muito barulhento não tem isolamento acústico nenhum, dava pra ouvir tudo nos outros quartos no corredor, dá pra ouvir até o pessoal passando com a mala de rodinha.
