Stunning location but not super clean
Pros:

The location is stunning

Cons:

As many reviews said it is not properly cleaned, particularly in the restaurant the sofas are pretty dirty!
The number of sunbed on the beach is not enough for the structure.
Given the price of the taxi there they should offer a shuttle service to Vbroska or Hvar

Parking,kad izađeš navecer vozilom u grad kad se vratiš nema više mjesta na parkingu,parkiraš se uz cestu
Ležaljke za plazu,nema ih dovoljno.

Nice stay with small areas for improvement
Pros:

-Excellent location with an amazing atmosphere nested in the middle of pine woods and amazingly blue sea.
-The facilities are clean and well mentaient.

Cons:

- the toillet seat was broken and some lightbulbs were missing in the room.
-the part of the building where we were placed lacked elevator.
-the parking places were not readily available due to high occupancy of the hotel

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une petite plage juste au pied de l’établissement. L’eau est magnifique et particulièrement claire, ce qui permet même d’observer de nombreux poissons directement depuis la plage. 🐠

L’hôtel se trouve à environ 25 minutes à pied du petit village de Vrboska, un endroit très calme et charmant, parfait pour se promener et profiter de l’ambiance paisible de l’île.

Depuis Vrboska, comptez environ 30 minutes de bus pour rejoindre Stari Grad. Vous trouverez également quelques petits commerces et shops alimentaires à Vrboska, ce qui est pratique pour faire quelques courses.

Cons:

La plupart des réservations incluent le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Cependant, la qualité des repas n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur. Les amateurs de gastronomie risquent donc de rester sur leur faim.

La literie est également décevante et manque de confort, ce qui ne correspond pas vraiment au standing attendu d’un véritable hôtel 4 étoiles.

Enfin, les serviettes ne sont pas toujours impeccables et peuvent présenter certaines taches, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Hotel ne opravdava ni cijenu, a ni broj zvjezdica koje ima.

Boravili smo u hotelu deset dana tijekom kolovoza i možemo reći da hotel nije nimalo ispunio naša očekivanja niti je bio ono što smo vidjeli preko oglasa, fotografija, opisa i što smo smatrali da će nas dočekati. Boravak u hotelu bio nam je izrazito neugodan.
1. Parking – tijekom rezervacije smještaja pisalo je da je uključeni dodatak 1 parkirno mjesto. Kod hotela se nalazilo možda svega dvadesetak parkirnih mjesta na ravnom. Preostala „parkirna mjesta“ je šuma prepuna velikih kamenja i sitnog smeća gdje možete ozbiljno oštetiti svoj automobil.
2. Čistoća – hotel je vidno prljav i prepun mrlja te oštećenja. U sobi nas je dočekala izgrebana tuš kabina. Daska na wc školjci odaje dojam kao da uopće nije pričvršćena već se pomiče tijekom korištenja i sjedenja. Nekoliko puta dobili smo nove, „čiste“ ručnike koji su imali neku mrlju. Noćni ormarići, stol i ostali predmeti u sobi, do kraja našeg boravka bili su prepuni prašine iako je naša soba čišćena tijekom boravka.
3. Restoran – izbor hrane je poprilično siromašan za jedan hotel s četiri zvjezdice. Ukoliko smo na večeru došli tijekom zadnjeg sata, nerijetko nije bilo više tanjura. Pod restorana je bio prepun hrane na podu koji nitko nije počistio tijekom doručka ili večere, a pala je gostima tijekom jela. U nekoliko navrata nagazili smo na krumpir ili grožđe na podu. Također, dva puta smo uzeli „čistu salvetu“ sa stola za brisanje i vidjeli da je donja strana koja je okrenuta prema stolu bila prljava ili iskorištena, a bila je na stolu kao čista te je stol bio „spreman“ za jelo i korištenje.
4. Pozivi u sobu – definitivno najveći problem našeg boravka su bili pozivi na hotelski telefon u sobi. Tijekom deset dana našeg boravka, primili smo pet poziva na hotelski telefon u našoj sobi. Prvi poziv nas je probudio iz sna, telefon je zvonio u ponoć. Otišli smo na recepciju i prijavili poziv. Djelatnica na recepciji prvo je rekla da nas ona nije zvala te da ne može vidjeli je li nas zvao netko drugi.

Za hotel s kategorijom of 4*, loše.
Pros:

Blizina plaže. Piće za doručak i večeru.

Cons:

Soba koju smo rezervirali nije bila naznačena da je za invalide (nismo invalidi). Fotografije same sobe su drugačije nego u stvarnosti. Parking je katastrofa (makadam i neorganiziran). Ponuda doručka je uvijek ista. Večera je OK.

was a beautiful place to stay, water so close and beautiful. Buffet was 10/10.
Pros:

buffet breakfast and dinner which were included were fantastic. the variety in food available was great!
the location was good too and you had everything you needed at the resort.

Cons:

car park is a big issue for me. I feel like the resort should have its own parking for guests.
i also felt like the staff were all a bit new maybe, a lot of staff turned over and they were all a little unaware of things going on.
