Excwptional and memorable stay
Pros:

We spent 9 memorable days at Port Alaçatı Hotel with our children. Perfectly located by the marina yet wonderfully peaceful, the hotel is spread across three beautifully maintained buildings with unique decorative touches. The safe, relaxed atmosphere made it easy for our kids to roam freely in the garden and small pool.

The team — Ece, Sude, Onur, Efe and Mert — were warm, helpful, and respectful. The food is another highlight from lovely chef Sibel; breakfasts were a joy every morning. Evenings in the serene garden were pure joy.

Owner Berrin adds a rare personal touch, chatting with guests and creating a warm, easygoing atmosphere that makes you feel part of the place. This isn’t just a boutique hotel, a space where you can truly relax, feel comfortable, and leave with memories worth cherishing. We look forward to returning.

Geweldig!
Pros:

Otel müthişti!! Etrafına baktığında her yer güzel, sakin. Denize girilebilir. Mutfakları aşırı lezzetli, kuymak yemeden dönmeyin. Sibel hanım’a, Ece ve Sude’ye ve Mert bey’e çok çok teşekkür ederiz nezaketlerinden dolayı. Biz ailece çok memnun kaldık, tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Otelin konumu çok güzel, huzurlu bir ortamı var. Çalışanlar nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak iyi bir tatildi. Tek olumsuzluk havuz manzaralı oda rezervasyonumuz vardı ancak odadan havuz görünmüyordu.

Hizmet kalitesinden hiç memnun kalmadık ve önermiyoruz. Ortamı ve otel konumu güzeldi. Rahat bir haftasonu geçirmek istemiştik ancak söylediğimiz bir kahvenin fincanı dahi biz çıkana kadar aynı yerde resepsiyon kafesinde durdu. Kahvaltıların toplanması akşamı buluyordu.

Verandaya çıkan kapıdaki sineklik kapanmıyordu ve rüzgarda sürekli çarpıyordu. Odanın tepe lambasının camı yoktu ve yanmıyordu. 2 kişi konaklamamıza rağmen ikram olarak konular nescafeler birer adetti. Olumsuz olan şeyler sadece bunlardı. Bunların dışında herşey çok güzeldi ve gerçekten çok güzel bir konum ve manzara vardı.

Amazing Stay and Breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The spread they laid out for us was lavish than the breakfast we ordered at other Turkish restaurants during our trip.
They did not understand English but understood our emotions and what we wanted. It was managed by an all women crew and they did everything with a smile on their face.
