Très bon séjour, avec des installations de qualité et un excellent emplacement.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare, ce qui est particulièrement pratique pour les voyageurs. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était très agréable, avec un large choix de produits de qualité.

La chambre était spacieuse, fonctionnelle et confortable. La vue était également très jolie.

Le spa est magnifique. La piscine est très agréable et l'eau est à une température idéale pour se détendre.

Cons:

Petit point d'attention concernant le hammam : son utilisation se fait sans maillot de bain. Pour ma part, cela m'a mise mal à l'aise et je n'ai donc pas souhaité l'utiliser, n'étant pas à l'aise avec le fait d'être nue devant des personnes que je ne connais pas. Il pourrait être utile de le préciser plus clairement pour les futurs clients.

Great location not far from the train station, good breakfast, Matterhorn view.

Nothing, all good. Just as a suggestion: in the pool and relax area after sauna or hammam - play some low level relax music.

Gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Super 5 minuten vom Bahnhof.
Bekammen ein Upgrad grösseres Zimmer,mit langem Balkon am Ecke vergrössert mit 2 Liegestühle. Mega!
Brause in der Dusche spritzte auf alle seiten,haben wir gemeldet. Würden es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Frisch geschnitten früchte waren für uns nicht so frisch wie sie aussahen.
Schade kein Restaurant zum Essen.

J'ai été un peu déçu de me retrouver dans un étage où il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur. Avec mon meilleur ami on venait d'arriver de la Haute Route Chamonix - Zermatt et on avait vraiment les genoux fatigués. Ça aurait été parfait d'avoir un ascenseur. Mais c'est un détail. L'hôtel était génial mis à part ça.
