The perfect accommodation for a ski vacation week!
Pros:

The hotel is an 8 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the ski bus stop so very convenient. The rooms were very nice including a small dresser and a terrace with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel had a ski room for storing skis/boots but best of all was the spa which included a fine steam room and sauna, perfect for apres ski! Finally, the front desk was very helpful including excellent restaurant recommendations. Will definitely come again.

Solebad im Haus, super Frühstück, gute Preis-Leistung!

Das Solebad im Soutterain ist Klasse. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Last-Minute-Preis.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist angenehm.

Es gibt manche Kleinigkeiten, die mal renoviert werden müssten (Küchenabtrennung Zimmer 12/14 oder Badtür Zi 14

Great Hotel in Zermatt
Pros:

Hotel Arca has clean rooms, good beds and on of the best breakfests and wellness in Zermatt. The service is very good, easy communication and always friendly. After a long day of skiiing we are always happy to be back in the hotel. Location is good; close to the train station and the Matterhorn Express,

Un super séjour
Pros:

Tout, la chambre est spacieuse, agréable avec une grande terrasse. Le petit dej est très bon avec un buffet très bien achalandé. La situation est parfaite, à deux pas de la navette gratuite et à 500 mètres de la gare et du centre-ville.
Et le summum est le spa avec sa piscine salée, tous ces jets relaxant après une belle journée de ski et le hamam et sauna. Un endroit où je reviendrai sans problème

Séjour reposant et personnel gentil et discret.
Pros:

Spa très bien, installations très agréables.
Petits déjeuners parfaits et très fournis. Pas de diners possible et une kitchenette équipée.
Proximité de la gare (pratique pour arriver et repartir) et des pistes via le train à crémaillère du Gornergrat. Le soir retour par ce même train. Très pratique.

Cons:

Taxe de séjour 27.33€ à payer à Booking mais aussi en arrivant à l'hôtel. Situation pas très agréable. J'attends une réponse de Booking.

Wellness ist toll.
Frühstück ist sehr lecker - super Angebot.
Es ist super, dass man das Wellness ganztägig und auch am An- und Abreisetag nutzen kann.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat Wasser gefehlt.
Der Trinkbrunnen in der Sauna ist zu warm eingestellt - es kommt lauwarmes Wasser.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Balkon aan de zonzijde. Het personeel haalt je op bij aankomst. Fijne spa en zwembad met daarin een bubbelbad. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. De kitchenette biedt de mogelijkheid om te koken.

Cons:

Niets. Alles was prima.
