Great view of Matterhorn. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again
Pros:

Spa/pool/sauna was great especially after out walking in cool. Close enough to everything but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Great view of Matterhorn from our room. Which was fantastic as we were there for partner’s birthday and we came to see it

Little older could do with updating/renovation but was still very tidy and clean

Le Spa absolument génial, tout y est ! Jacuzzi géant, 2 saunas et un hamam, douches individuelles, serviettes à dispo et peignoir et chaussons fournis. Un pur bonheur !
Le petit dej est aussi fantastique !
le personnel est très serviable.

L'emplacement était parfait, les pistes les trains les bars restaurants et magasins à moins de 150 m, endroit calme.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est le lit double de la suite, c est un canapé-lit. Le confort attendu n'était pas là!

The heated salt pool and spa is excellent. The pool is very clean and the room has a wonderful ambiance, so relaxing.
The breakfast is amazing. I've never experienced such a varied choice and even the best champagne. The cheese buffet is out of this world.

La clarté du studio. Le sauna. La proximité de la gare Gornegrat.

Cons:

Prévenir qu’il y a un étage à faire à pied car l’ascenseur de va qu’au 3e étage et pas eu 4e où se trouve le studio.
