Wonderful experience!
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for sightseeing on foot! Beautiful palazzo just a few steps away!

Cons:

The needs were a little stiff, but that’s it.

Simplemente perfecto
Pros:

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestro viaje a Roma por dos días y una noche, y la experiencia fue simplemente maravillosa. El hotel es precioso, muy limpio y cuidado, y el personal es extremadamente amable y atento.

La comida que sirven es espectacular, realmente de alta calidad. Todo estuvo delicioso y muy bien presentado.

Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza en el séptimo piso con una vista increíble de toda Roma. Desde arriba se veía prácticamente toda la ciudad, y fue una experiencia impresionante.

Nos gustó tanto que incluso nos dio pena quedarnos solo una noche. Sin duda, la próxima vez volveremos por más tiempo, porque es un lugar al que realmente dan ganas de regresar.

Recomendamos este hotel a todos. Está a un nivel realmente alto!

Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room. Nice lobby, bar and wonderful rooftop. Ideally located in the old city, close to all major sights. Really friendly and efficient staff (we had an issue with a light at night but a solution was directly provided). Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing apart from the fact that, situated close to a main road, if you sleep with the windows open at night, it can be quite noisy (but well isolated when windows are closed).

Pequeño hotel con encanto

El personal siempre muy amable y servicial. La limpieza en las habitaciones y el desayuno tipo buffet, pequeño pero buena calidad y variedad.

Por decir algo, quizás algún servicio de gimnasio o tipo sauna, spa, para desconectar y descansar después de un largo día en roma.

Clean, comfortable, great location.
Pros:

The hotel was very well organized and extremely clean overall. The room ventilation, the comfort of the beds, and the sound insulation were all excellent. It was within a 15-minute walking distance of almost all the main tourist attractions in Rome.

Cons:

The vast majority of the staff were friendly and warm, but one or two employees had a somewhat cold attitude. The biggest downside was the limited number of power outlets in the room. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the pastries were not very fresh.
