Service needs to be improved. Clean up service as well. When I check in I found there was a used towel in the refrigerat
Pros:

The view from the balcony

Cons:

Judging from the attitude of the front desk staff,
especially one female employee and the other employees she worked with,
they always had an expression that said, "I don't know how to solve your problem," and they show disrespect eye contact.

This made me feel very uncomfortable.

However, another male employee always had a smile on his face and was able to resolve issues properly.

Pros:

Das personal war extrem freundlich! Ich hatte aus versehen den falschen Tag gebucht und unser Geld wäre futsch gewesen, aber die Hauptleitung hat sofort die Buchung um einen Tag verschoben. Das war äußerst nett!
Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr komfortabel und hat einen tollen Ausblick aus den oberen zimmern. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach ist der Hammer!

Cons:

Die Straße um das Hotel herum ist extrem laut und man ist nicht in der schönsten Umgebung, wenn man zur Tür heraus tritt.
In den zimmern ist davon aber nichts zu merken

Satisfactory for a 2 night stay.
Pros:

The breakfast and the restaurant/bar were great. The room was spacious and good shower. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. Great air conditioning.

Cons:

My room had ants/tiny bugs. Could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. My fridge didn’t work. The dogs and roosters in the middle of the night were relentless.
Highly recommend heavy duty ear plugs for night time.

Pros:

Hotel je na super lokaciji, samo par minuta hoda od restorana i kafića, uz glavnu ulicu, ali moja soba nije bila bučna jer je imala pogled na stranu i na more. Gore je velika lijepa terasa s restoranom i kafićem i pogledom na more. Mislim da je hotel relativno nov. Ima lift. Do mora ima cca 10-15 min hoda. Organiziraju prikup na aerodromu za ok cijenu.

Cons:

Niži ulaz uz ulicu nije skroz reprezentativan, ali sve ostalo je puno bolje.

Aardige personeel en goede locatie
Pros:

De locatie zit midden drukke straat waar alle restaurantjes zijn gevestigd.
Het personeel is heel aardig en regelen alles tot op de puntjes

Cons:

De kamers mogen beter schoongemaakt worden. In de kamer was een muffig en erg stoffig!
Het ontbijt is erg karig en weinig vegetarische opties.

Hotel room wasn't the cleanest. Ants crawling around, shower not clean as you can feel the soap scum on the tiles when standing in it.

Pros:

Struttura moderna e con un bellissimo rooftop dove fare colazione e vedere il tramonto. Camere pulite e personale accogliente.

Cons:

Avevamo una camera che affacciava sulla strada principale e si sente tutto il traffico. Infissi da rivedere.

The bedroom had a good space, balcony, clean bathroom. Very good location and nice staff
Also nice to have breakfast included for a change, even if it was very basic one

Cons:

The big issue was mold. The room smelled of mold quite clearly which improved a bit after we left the air conditioning on for several hours on very low temperature. It's understandable that the city is quite humid, but they should have a routine of ventilating the rooms to prevent that
On top of that, the pillow in our bed had mold in them, visibly! After we complained we received new ones, but it's a big oversight for us, if we hadn't noticed it can easily trigger allergies
Additionally, the shower wouldn't heat up a lot, just very little, much less than the sink. However we forgot to complain so we don't know if it was fixable
I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but I wasn't surprised since I saw most of the same issues on other reviews. Upon booking the other options seemed very basic as well so I took the change, overall it was ok enough

Pros:

The room was very coram and comfortable, but during our 4 days we had a lizard in the room with us all the time.

Cons:

Right after I made the reservation I started to receive fraudulent messages in WhatsApp regarding my stay from various numbers, saying that was someone from the hotel and I needed to make a payment by a link that they sent me otherwise my reservation would be canceled.
And after I checked in, I started to receive a lot of calls from Philippine numbers.
Didn’t like none of this.
The breakfast that was included in my stay, the quantity was very poor

Cons:

Rooftop en plein soleil donc en journée impossible
1ere nuit dans la chambre 401 (1ere chambre du couloir) extrêmement bruyante (bruit de la circulation) - l’hôtel nous a changé de chambre et c’était largement mieux
Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité et petite quantité
