Disgusting place
Pros:

Location is ok there is a lot grocery stores around you can buy water and soft drinks any time of the day

I don't know where to begin. Apart from the location, there is nothing about this hotel that made me happy. First of all, the biggest issue is the dirt. My room was so filthy that I have no words. And when I asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, it was even dirtier than when I left. There were black hairs even on the TV. It felt like the same dirty rag was used to wipe everything. I was given room 802, which had nothing going for it. The bathroom was in terrible condition, there was an awful amount of rubbish, a disgustingly dirty floor towel, and they even gave me a stub of paper. Before check-in, there was no thorough cleaning, even though I rented the room for a month. They didn't even remove the packaging from a used toothbrush left by previous guests. The girls at reception tried to help by sweeping after the cleaning staff, but the cleaners are either old women who are blind or simply don't know how to clean at all. I felt very uncomfortable in this hotel, and it was my first time in Vietnam. The reviews for this hotel are fake, and the manager never showed up. The cleaners constantly argue with reception in raised voices. I do not recommend this place.

Okay, not bad
Pros:

Only stayed here for one night. The room was fine, the bed not to bad. Big enough room

Cons:

There must have been a family staying in the hotel, you could hear children running down the hallway, which is fine but it was happening at 11pm at night.

Pros:

The location was in an area with many markets but somewhat far from the city center. You can walk to the center in about half an hour; bus stops are at roughly the same distance. The facilities met expectations. The staff does not speak English. I had booked two rooms and asked to change one of them, but the request was flatly refused.
