Pros:

The hotel was good, for the price. Only 2 complaints I have were they didn't have my reservation at check-in. They got me into a different room for 4 nights, so was happy with that, it just wasn't the room I paid for. Paid for balcony and 4 nights we didn't have a room with a balcony. The other complaint is the housekeeping/cleaning the room consists of a quick sweep of the walk area of your room and a damp map of that area. That's it. Don't expect any cleaning of sink, shower, toilet, etc. Staff was really nice and tried to speak English as much as they could. Good location close to beach and restos, etc. Wifi was really good. I would recommend this hotel for the price you pay.

Pros:

Kielitaidon puute oli suurin ongelma. Kun ei hallitse Vietnamin kieltä ei oikein saa mitään tolkkua asioista. Ulkoalueen vahtimestari osasi kuitenkin jotain.
Lähellä olevat rannat ovat hyvä juttu.
Myöskin Hotels.comin varausta ja ennakkomaksua joutui selittämään turhan kauan. Lopulta kuitenkin ymmärsivät, että heiltäkin voi huoneen varata ja maksaa Hotels.comin kautta.
