Very good budget choice in the middle of the tourist district
Pros:

I'm staying regularly in Danang and this is my favourite place to stay.
Friendly and helpful staff, big very comfortable bed, big room with a fridge, good AC and Wi-Fi. Big bathroom.
Asked for a room on a high floor and they fixed that! Despite facing the busy bar and restaurant street very quiet at night. Lot's of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to find Grab or Xanh drivers for local transport.

Cons:

TV didn't work but I didn't bother.

The cheaper rooms in the back of the building have either no windows or a window facing the floor.

I really recommend to spend a little bit extra and book one of the front rooms with big windows and a small balcony.

Good Value for Money. Comfortable stay However needs Improvement
Pros:

located in the heart of Danang City, walking distance from Beach and Cafes Restaurants. Comfortable bed and quit room. Owners are very nice and attentive.

Cons:

Only the cleaning can be better. When we arrived found the hair on bed sheet and they were not changed before arrival. Fridge has mold in it. Need hydene improvement.

Pros:

Really nice little hotel, the owner couple is very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms are simple but spacious and with opening windows. Bed is comfortable, shower is clean, takes a few minutes, but then gets really hot.. the locations brilliant, right in touri area, but still with good and cheap vietnamese restaurants around and a 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Jó helyen, nyüzsgő utcában van a hotel. A környéken sok üzlet, étterem található. A tulajdonosok folyamatosan ott vannak, segítőkészek. Erkély, légkondi van.

Cons:

Csak kp lehet fizetni, bankkártyát nem fogadnak el. A takarítás nem az erősségük, ha kérjük, úgy ahogy megcsinálják, de maguktól nem.
