Unfortunately the young woman at the desk did not speak any English despite the website saying they had multi-lingual staff, this made it very challenging. Also the room was up a few flights of stairs and not air-conditioned, and it was an extremely hot time in France, there was one weak fan in the room, it made our stay very uncomfortable.

Ein Haus mit viel Charakter und Charme in dem man sich zuhause fühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rande der Altstadt.
Zudem freundliches, einheimisches Personal.
Ein Hotel zum gerne haben.

フロントスタッフが子どものような方ばかりで、まともな対応ではなかった。若干幽霊屋敷のような外観。草の手入れぐらいすべき。

スタッフがとても親切です。フランス語・英語・ドイツ語を話すスタッフがいますが、時間帯によってはフランス語のみの対応になるようです。
建物自体はとても古いですが、趣のある外観・内装で、室内は清潔です。古さゆえ多少の不便はありますが、スタッフの対応でカバーしてくれました。
朝食について記載がないですが、ホテルで朝食をとることができ、助かりました。

なお、チェックインは22時までに済ませる必要があります。当日の21時ごろにスタッフから電話があり、気がつきました。

Excellent séjour, accueil attentif, tout le personnel est très sympathique.
Nous avions une très grande chambre avec une alcôve, un immense lit plein de coussins, une salle de bain et une salle de douche en marbre et à l'ancienne. Tout le décor et le mobilier est ancien et se marie bien avec cet hôtel cossu de type familial, dans une sorte de grand hôtel particulier.
Bon petit-déjeuner, pas de restaurant mais on nous a conseillé "Au bon pichet" à 10mn à pied où nous nous sommes régalés (quelle viande!!!) avec le menu dégustation à 33€ + 15€ pour les vins associés.
Des places de stationnement tout autour de l'hôtel avec disque bleu (l'hôtel en prête si vous avez oublié le vôtre ). En plein centre ville, idéal pour visiter. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Volgens de rode Michelin waren er 2 restaurants. Maar er waren geen in het hotel

Tolles Hotel in toller Stadtlage. Einzig das Frühstück war etwas lieblos angerichtet, die benutzten Tische nicht abgeräumt und das Buffet nicht aufgefüllt. Sonst aber sehr gut und ausreichend.

Helaas was het vantevoren geboekte diner niet mogelijk omdat het restaurant dicht was. Personeel niet in staat om alternatief te regelen. Weinig parkeermogelijkheid in de buurt.

Sfeervol hotel in het centrum van Selestat. Vriendelijk personeel en goede voorlichting over de lokale mogelijkheden. Spontane upgrade van de kamer (erg gezellig en met goede voorzieningen) ivm lichte handicap van mijn vrouw! Helaas geen diner mogelijkheden in het hotel, maar genoeg lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt.Klein minpuntje: parkeren met volle auto op straat. Alles bij elkaar een prima hotel, dat het waard is om te bezoeken ondanks zijn ouderdom.

アルザスの村を回る際に利用しました。閑静な住宅街の中にあり、静かでした。スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。
