Pros:

Good service, tasty meal, near from public transport stations, comfortable room. Booked without issues. Price as described, no hidden fees.

Cons:

In my winder stay there was ice on tall stairs steps on entrance which remains in place more than 1 day. There also Icicles were on top of entrance corridor over the head. It is very dangerous: the guest could fall from stairs and broke limbs or got more damage, the Icicles could fall to head and make serious damage. You must take seriously care of ice cleaning in winter period all the time.
