Pros:

Room size was ok.

Cons:

No lifts and a lot of stairs on the way to the room. The hotel is on the hill, so you need to walk a couple of floors down to reception and than walk up again to your floor.

The room could do with some renovation. There was a damp smell coming from the bathroom.

Great value in Yerevan
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The pool was very small but clean and refreshing.

Cons:

My room was just around the corner from reception so I could hear the phone ringing and people walking through. Overhead shower was slightly broken and leaking from one corner.

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Готов оказать любую помощь.
В отеле тихо, чисто. В бассейне всегда чистая вода. Чувствовали себя как дома. Спасибо.

Cons:

Тонкие стены из гкл большая слышимость. Очень шумно. Номер 201 к сожалению был с недостатками , вытяжка в с/у не работает,
Белье и уборку в номере за 6 ночей не сделали/заменили.

Bescheidene Unterkunft zu fairem Preis.
Pros:

Gute Lage, mit dem Taxi schnell im Stadtzentrum. Achtung: Adresse wird unterhalb der Unterkunft angegeben, somit wurde ich um 03:00 Uhr morgens an falscher Örtlichkeit aus dem Taxi gelassen und musste drei Minuten zu Fuss durch das Quartier laufen.

Cons:

Zimmer rudimentär eingerichtet, Bettqualität bescheiden. Kein Duschvorhang, somit Badezimmerboden nach dem Duschen nass. Umgebung des Pools renovierungsbedürftig (diverse Beschädigungen an Treppe), keine Dusche vorhanden, somit Wasserqualität bescheiden (Fettfilm auf dem Wasser (Sonnencreme)).
