To ensure your satisfaction, please be reminded of certain aspects of our hotel.
- Please note that all "Studio Economy room" don’t have windows
- Our hotel is located in a quiet sub street of Sukhumvit Soi 4, 12-15 minute walk from the main road.
- At this time, we do not have a restaurant in the facility but we have a kitchen in every apartment and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
-We have shuttle service from property to BTS Nana from 9.00 AM 5.30 PM.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

The accommodation was very spacious. We had booked a room for four and were surprised to find that we had three floors available (two bedrooms and two bathrooms).

Cons:

The accommodation was on the ground floor and there were large glass doors to a small terrace, we kept them closed because someone walked past us a few times. The room was very dark.
In the side street, which we luckily passed by by car, prostitutes were active with customers during broad daylight, which gave an unpleasant feeling because you saw things that you really don't want to see.

El precio para un apartamento de 4, y el trato del personal. También el servicio de transfer shuttle al BTS.

Cons:

El apartamento.justito. No había luces de lectura en el dormitorio principal y en el segundo sin armario. Tuvimos que pedir instalar un colgador de toallas en el baño porque no tenia, pero enseguida lo arreglaron, como el AC del salon.
Tenemos una segunda estancia en 2.semanas y hemos pedido un upgrade.

Нам все очень понравилось
Pros:

Понравилось все. На 4 этаже где мы проживали, находиться бассейн (чистый, удобный, открытый). Несмотря на это в номере было тихо. Гости вели себя корректно. В 21:00 бассейн закрывается, поэтому мы не почувствовали дискомфорт от того, что бассейн находиться совсем рядом, наоборот он придал особенный вид и атмосферу нашего прибывания в отеле.
