appartamento è esteticamente piacevole e in un’ottima posizione, ma questi aspetti non compensano le carenze riscontrate.

Al rientro, la doccia ha smesso di funzionare correttamente: l’acqua è diventata completamente fredda e, nonostante attese di oltre 20 minuti, non è mai tornata. Contattata la reception, ci è stato detto che si tratta di un problema frequente legato al boiler e che avremmo dovuto semplicemente aspettare. In un secondo momento è stato anche insinuato che potessimo aver toccato lo scaldabagno, cosa che non ha comunque risolto il problema. Nessun intervento concreto è stato effettuato. L’acqua calda è tornata solo il giorno successivo, al momento del check-out.

Anche i servizi base risultano carenti: nell’appartamento mancavano completamente elementi essenziali come olio, sale e pepe, nonostante la presenza della cucina.

Posto bellissimo. Siamo stati molto bene.
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione è ottima. La struttura è bella, silenziosa, grande. Ci siamo messi a prendere il sole sui lettini in giardino dopo pranzo: favoloso. Ottimo anche il riscaldamento, che devo dire è servito poco, perchè gli ambienti erano cmq caldi, Però il riscaldamento era perfettamente funzionante. Idem per acqua calda. Non abbiamo incontrato nessun addetto della struttura, ma Gaia è stata presente, e c'è stata telefonicamente per qualsiasi cosa.

Cons:

Noi eravamo in 4 e tutti e 4 abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema: cuscino e materasso. Abbiamo dormito veramente scomodi. E poi devo dire che anche le coperte sono un pò obsolete: comprare dei piumini da Ikea non è una grande spesa, ma sono sicuramente meglio delle coperte attuali. E magari dare una scelta di due cuscini diversi. La struttura meriterebbe questa miglioria.

Pros:

La posizione centrale rispetto ai luoghi da visitare. Il parcheggio interno. Il silenzio nonostante la vicinanza alle strade principali. Gli ambienti accoglienti.

Cons:

È evidente che nel giardino pascolano animali, non saprei dire di che genere ma ci sono i loro "bisogni" ovunque quindi occorre fare attenzione.

Peccato la comunicazione. Il fatto che non ci fosse internet e che non ce lo abbiamo comunicato con tempo è stata una grande pecca. Come
Anche il fatto della macchina del caffè (cialde), che non abbiamo avuto a disposizione siamo stati noi a chiedere informazione.
Per la cifra che abbiamo pagato ci saremmo aspettati più comunicazione.

Overall bright and nice looking inside, bed was comfortable, good space and neutral rustic design,

Simple things, when your on holiday mostly you are out, but if you want to turn on the tv, you expect it to work, no signal, hesting was poor, 2 older vertical units set to 32degrees, mostly pushing our just a mild air i couldn't even say it was warm, so at this time of year it wasn't enough, host was lovely, tried her best when the power went off due to me putting the kettle on when we arrived.

Posizione ideale per giocare a golf all’Argentario
Pros:

La villa è proprio bella, spaziosa e accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione molto tranquilla

Pros:

Bella la.dimora storica, fantastica la possibilità di parcheggio interno e del giardino ad uso privato. Ideale x poi muoversi nelle diverse mete della zona.

Cons:

Le mura sono fantastiche, i servizi complementari minimi (sacchi pattumiera, prodoti toilette, barbecue senza attrezzi e carbonella).
