It's clean
Rooms are not sound proof, I could hear guests from the other rooms doing the deed, talking and showering. It's disgusting, do something quick about that.
Don't ever say breakfast is included, that's not breakfast it's a joke, do like other hotels charge R200 for buffet breakfast guest won't mind. Reason I booked your hotel was the fact you said breakfast was included If I knew it was like that joke we were served I wouldn't have booked your hotel

Small windows, no view, bedding
Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was great close to Hop on hop off Bus plus Guutrain. Cheap Uber distances. Plus downstairs bar/ restaurant handy.
Music from bar could be heard quite loud from downstairs.
