If I come back to Neumuenster in future, I will definitely stay again
Pros:

Very quiet location with ample parking lot. The room was thoughtfully designed and very clean. Great breakfast and very friendly staffs.

Pros:

Ich war schon in wirklich sehr vielen, auch deutlich teureren Hotels... aber hier ist wirklich alles perfekt!
Das Frühstück ist unglaublich liebevoll und vielfältig
die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet
das Bad ist komfortabel und groß
alles super! wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cons:

für Menschen, die Probleme beim Treppensteigen haben, könnte es schwierig werden bzw. müssten sie ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss erbitten.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvolles und großes Zimmer, neue Möbel, modernes Bad. Auch das Frühstück war toll, sowie das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben für eine Veranstaltung in den Holstenhallen gebucht. Dafür ist es leider etwas weit außerhalb und man sollte die Kosten fürs Taxi einkalkulieren.

We sincerely thank you for the excellent service! We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel, but we would especially like to highlight the work of the staff member, Zibell, who treated our situation with understanding and helped resolve our issue. His professionalism made our stay even more pleasant. It is clear that he truly loves his job and cares about the guests.

Просторий номер, гарна кімната для сніданку, чисто. Дуже привітний працівник Zibell (стажер), який допоміг нам у всьому, бо ми мали дуже пізній заїзд
