Pros:

Вид с номера потрясающий. На замки. Из бассейна тоже их видно. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Чисто, постель и полотенца чистые.

Cons:

Наверное я ожидала от слова «термы» немного другого. Здесь только один бассейн подогреваемый. Из него в сауну не очень удобно идти.

A very stylish and cozy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was incredible, with a huge variety of dishes, including freshly prepared omelets and Kaiserschmarrn. The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially in sunny weather.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the many leisure activities offered by the hotel, ranging from yoga sessions to fondue dinners and guided hikes.

Der Blick auf die Schlösser ist fantastisch.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und verfügte über einen grossen Balkon.
Die Panoramasauna hat einen tollen Blick auf Landschaft und Schlösser. Die anschliessende Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung im Naturteich ist wunderbar 😊!

Cons:

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes ein paar Details die wir uns bei dem Preis des Hotels anders gewünscht hätten.
Leider gab es keinen Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war bis auf die Käseauswahl
sehr gut. Wir mussten das Personal fast jeden Morgen darauf aufmerksam machen, dass der Käse nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Auch von anderen Gästen wurde das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht.
Wellnessbereich: Im textilfreien Innenbereich war von zwei Whirlpoolbadewannen eine während unseres achttägigen Aufenthaltes dauerhaft ausser Betrieb. Die andere Badewanne hat funktioniert, aber das Wasser war sehr kühl. Auch die Gegenstromanlage im Pool hat nicht immer funktioniert. Im Aussenbereich gab es einen Whirlpool für zwei Personen. Hierbei funktionierte ebenfalls eine Liege nicht.
In der wunderschönen Panoramasauna war der automatische Aufguss defekt. Bis zur Reklamation durch mehrere Gäste wurde auch keine Alternative zum Aufguss bereitgestellt. Dies war sehr schade, da es sehr selten geführte Aufgüsse gab.
Die Ruhebereiche sind sehr schön gestaltet, bieten aber wie die Whirlpools zu wenig Platz für die Anzahl der Gäste.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und gleichzeitig die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und alles wurde gut erklärt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer hell und gemütlich, und alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung auf Booking. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich hätte gerne mehr zu bieten haben können,er viel für unsere Erwartung etwas mau aus. Ebenso schade fanden wir, dass wir für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt (1-Nacht) keine Termine mehr für eine Wellness Behandlung bekommen haben, da alles ausgebucht war.

Perfect, thank you for everything
Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was great, with a fireplace, jacuzzi, a private sauna on the balcony and of course great view to the two castles. We also enjoyed the relaxation room and the heated swimming pool outside. Had some nice cocktails at the bar, too. A big thank you to the kitchen for preparing something to eat despite our late arrival, and of course for the beautiful flowers, rose petals, champagne and candles the second day.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo e está localizado no pé dos Alpes, com uma vista espetacular dos castelos (só vale destacar que não fica no centro; está a poucos minutos de carro). Tem um spa grande, com várias opções de sauna, jacuzzi e até uma piscina externa! Quarto bem decorado e espaçoso, com chuveiro bom. Café da manhã super variado, com inúmeras opções de pães, sucos, etc. Equipe muitíssimo atenciosa - a recepcionista inclusive nos ajudou a reservar um restaurante de fondue na cidade.

Cons:

Nada. Realimente tudo perfeito!
