Cons:

my partner accidentally double booked us and I was charged €195 twice and when I tried to sort this situation out I never got my money back not happy about this whole situation over a silly mistake

Pros:

Hotel was spotless, staff were very professional and friendly. The location and surroundings were lovely. Rooms were immaculate and bed very comfy.

Cons:

The only thing I would fault would be the temperature if the food. Dinner was warm, should have been hot. Same with cooked breakfast.

Cosy hotel with excellent food
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. Food and bar area was lovely. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Check in is quite late at 4pm. However the nice receptionist came to the bar to tell us that our room was ready at 3pm
