First class and we will be back before the year is out
Pros:

Breakfast was beautiful as it always is and the staff are so friendly and welcoming..nothing is a problem to them .they are exceptional..

Cons:

We could not complain about one thing everything was perfect that is why we stay there at least 2 times a year and it's the only place we go to for a break away

Lovely location for a break away from city living
Pros:

Staff members were so friendly and kind. Lovely residents bar area outside of the main bar with comfy seating where we could listen to the live music from afar and admire all the historic photos on the walls.

Comfortable and relaxing in beautiful valley.
Pros:

Location is fantastic and hotel is beautiful and historic. We had a lovely meal and buffet breakfast very good. Staff were welcoming and really helpful.

Perfectly imperfect. Irish charm in abundance. Loved it!
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel in stunning surroundings. We had a most wonderful 4 nights stay. Food was delicious. Live music Friday and Saturday evening. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing is ever fully perfect. We would have liked a bottle of water in our room and more milks/biscuits replenished as we were there 4 nights. Housekeeping was sporadic but I think we misunderstood how it worked. Will definitely be back.
