Ce fut un séjour de détente en parfaite coordination grâce au personnel de cet hotel familial. Chambre plus qu’adéquate dans hotel situé au coeur d’Holbox. Ultra propre, entretien significatif, simple mais parfait pour ce type de vacances. Pour nous, le bruit mentionné par d’autres critiques ne nous a pas du tout dérangé. Le personnel est particulièrement à l’écoute, familial, disponible et ultra accommodant. Organisation impeccable avec le club hamacas (gros plus, déjeuner impeccable) transport facile, et aucun sollicitation pour achat. Nous avons été comblés et sommes prêts à y retourner.

Le séjour était vraiment parfait. Le personnel était au top! Partenariat pour le petit-déjeuner parfait, on a passé un super séjour.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk straight from the ferry, but the road is a bit bumpy and dusty. If you have suitcases, a taxi (costs 100) might be easier. The staff was very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and there's AC and a fan. My family likes it cold and the AC was nice. The shower's had warm water, and there was a small TV in the room. Despite being so close to the center of town, it was quiet and easy to sleep at night. Very close to the beach (but the beach was mostly private for other hotels and not that nice). Some people complained about bugs and mosquitoes, but we didn't have a problem at all with bugs here.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience honestly put a damper on my birthday trip.
While the hotel itself is fine and the staff were kind, the “included” amenities feels misleading and not worth the price.
Breakfast is off-site at La Hamaca beach club (10min taxi or 20min walk). The hotel covers one shared shuttle in the morning, which is the bare minimum, but everything about it is inconvenient. Breakfast is average, and some items cost extra, which just adds to the feeling that you’re constantly being upsold.
The biggest issue is the beach club access, which is heavily misrepresented. You’re told you can use the beach club and its chairs and umbrellas, just not the pool. In reality, it’s much worse.
1 - Transportation is not actually included beyond one round trip. We were told this at checkin, but since we were 3 in a room and we shared morning taxi with other guests, we thought it was 1 trip per guest. If you want to go back later in the day, you’re paying 150 each way, which feels ridiculous for something marketed as part of the stay.
2 - The seating situation is borderline absurd. The actual beachfront chairs and umbrellas, the ones you’d expect, are reserved for other hotels. Guests from this hotel are placed in random chairs inside restaurant area, not even on the beach, . It’s awkward, uncomfortable, and completely defeats the purpose of going. You’re expected to lay out in the middle of a dining space while people are eating, while a pool and proper beach seating sit just a few steps away that you’re not allowed to use.
At that point, there is no real “beach access” benefit. It’s misleading at best. It'd be better if they partnered with somewhere closer in town. Mini freezer in room would be nice.
For the price I paid, I expected a relaxing, seamless experience. Instead, I spent extra money, dealt with unnecessary logistics, and ended up frustrated. It genuinely took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday trip.

Lokalizacja z dala od głośnego centrum miasta. Wszędzie można dojść pieszo, bardzo miły personel. Pani dała nam ręczniki plażowe w torbie i ustalała godziny transportu na śniadanie, które było smaczne i w ładnej restauracji. W tej cenie właściwie bardzo adekwatnie do jakości

Do śniadania dość daleko i czekaliśmy na nie prawie godzinę ale rozumiem, że to nie wina hotelu, a restauracji. Nie bardzo jest gdzie skorzystać z plaży - restauracja ma dosłownie symboliczną ilość ale nie komfortowo tak leżeć między stolikami
Alles super, Personal freundlich, Zimmer ruhig, sauber und angenehm duftend, zentral gelegen für kurze Wege. Highlight: Der inklusive morgendliche Transport mit dem Strandbuggy zum Frühstücksrestaurant am Strand. Herrlich für groß und klein!
Mini-Manko war der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur der Dusche (zu heiss). Das Wassersystem auf Holbox ist aber generell ein Problem.

La possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel avec un taxi.
Il est possible de profiter du beau club las hamacas mais par contre il n'y a que quelques transats pour les clients de l'hôtel siesta. Il n'est pas possible d'utiliser les transats de la plage et de la piscine.
Staff very helpful and friendly. They allowed a later check out which we were grateful for.

El personal muy amable. Camas muy cómodas! El convenio con el restaurante las hamacas y el servicio de transporte que ofrecen para ir y volver es increíble, super puntuales, desayuno super rico. Además ofrecen shampoo, aftersun y repelente. Lo único que no ofrecen es acondicionador.

Very nice hotel! Loved the central location, close to everything in the island. The breakfast and beach access is ~1,5km away but they give a shuttle bus. Overall we enjoyed the experience.
It was a bit noisy in the evening from the street, even with windows shut.
Dass große Zimmer war super gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Lärm der Fahrzeuge ist schon sehr laut zu hören. Leider.
Auto freie Insel ja aber Motorräder und Quads sind eigentlich eher störender und lauter als Autos.
Das Frühstück und der Transfer dorthin inkl. der Nutzung der Liegen war wunderbar, genauso wie der nette Service der beiden Damen an der Rezeption. Außerdem gibt es einen kostenlosen Wasserspender mit kaltem und heißem Wasser und jeden Tag auch eine große Kanne aufgefüllt mit Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Mitten im Zentrum von Holbox, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Fähranleger.
Die Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher waren etwas begrenzt. Außerdem war unser Zimmer zur Straße raus zwar sehr schön, groß und hell. Aufgrund der sehr befahrenen Straße (durch die zentrale Lage, siehe positiv) nachts teilweise recht laut.
