Alles super. Sauber, ruhig und zentral.
Pros:

Alles super, Personal freundlich, Zimmer ruhig, sauber und angenehm duftend, zentral gelegen für kurze Wege. Highlight: Der inklusive morgendliche Transport mit dem Strandbuggy zum Frühstücksrestaurant am Strand. Herrlich für groß und klein!

Cons:

Mini-Manko war der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur der Dusche (zu heiss). Das Wassersystem auf Holbox ist aber generell ein Problem.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre.
La possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel avec un taxi.

Cons:

Il est possible de profiter du beau club las hamacas mais par contre il n'y a que quelques transats pour les clients de l'hôtel siesta. Il n'est pas possible d'utiliser les transats de la plage et de la piscine.

Nice hotel convient location.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly. They allowed a later check out which we were grateful for.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Breakfast at the restaurant by the beach was good. .
There was free transport to the restaurant

Cons:

There is no where at the hotel to sit outside.

Excelente
Pros:

El personal muy amable. Camas muy cómodas! El convenio con el restaurante las hamacas y el servicio de transporte que ofrecen para ir y volver es increíble, super puntuales, desayuno super rico. Además ofrecen shampoo, aftersun y repelente. Lo único que no ofrecen es acondicionador.

Perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel! Loved the central location, close to everything in the island. The breakfast and beach access is ~1,5km away but they give a shuttle bus. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy in the evening from the street, even with windows shut.

Sehr schönes Zimmer in sehr sauberen Hotel
Pros:

Dass große Zimmer war super gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Lärm der Fahrzeuge ist schon sehr laut zu hören. Leider.
Auto freie Insel ja aber Motorräder und Quads sind eigentlich eher störender und lauter als Autos.

Wunderbares Frühstück mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Das Frühstück und der Transfer dorthin inkl. der Nutzung der Liegen war wunderbar, genauso wie der nette Service der beiden Damen an der Rezeption. Außerdem gibt es einen kostenlosen Wasserspender mit kaltem und heißem Wasser und jeden Tag auch eine große Kanne aufgefüllt mit Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Mitten im Zentrum von Holbox, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Fähranleger.

Cons:

Die Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher waren etwas begrenzt. Außerdem war unser Zimmer zur Straße raus zwar sehr schön, groß und hell. Aufgrund der sehr befahrenen Straße (durch die zentrale Lage, siehe positiv) nachts teilweise recht laut.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Environnement bruyant et petit déjeuner très décevant

Le petit déjeuner qui n’est clairement pas à la hauteur, il faut payer un supplément si l’on veut une autre boisson qu’un café filtre… et c’est très décevant quand on paye 140€ la nuit…

Overall a great place to stay in Holbox
Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic, it's as central as possible.
The staff is welcoming and helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean (see exception in "cons" section).
We liked the remote-controller fan, incense, insect repellent, body lotion, drinking water and other room "extras".
The transport to the restaurant was the best! "Las Hamacas", the restaurant where the included breakfast is at, had really good food, especially the "extra pay" menu and its location right next to the beautiful stretch of white sand leading to "Punta Musquito" was a great addition.

Cons:

I found the overall price to be quite high, but given that it was "New Years", "High Season", central location and other factors can explain this.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and at times it felt like someone is just watering you like a human plant with a nice sprinkle of water. We understand it's an overall Holbox issue but it might be solveable with pumps or other solutions. It also doesn't really align with the bath and the bubble bath they provided, as it would take 5h to fill the bath.

Additionally, the bath/shower itself was not clean at all, it seemed to accumulate some black gunk (I wouldn't just to say mold, but its likely to be it). We weren't too sensitive to it and the cleaning crew cleaned as much as possible in the next cleaning session (I'd like to assume).

We would have also liked if they provided earplugs as our room was facing the street and was very noisy. We didn't care about the noise as we knew it's typical for a central location, but assumed they would provide earplugs.

Attention aux arnaques!
Pros:

Les chambres sont très propres et l'hôtel est très bien placé en centre ville mais au calme

Cons:

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié la malhonnêteté du personnel de l'hôtel qui nous a proposé de réserver au restaurant pour le 31 décembre sans nous préciser ce qui était compris ou pas compris. Résultat plus de 600€ de repas du réveillon pour 6! Une grosse arnaque et surtout c'est prendre le touriste pour un pigeon !

Das Apartment hat alles gehabt , geräumige zwei Zimmer , Küche voll ausgestattet.

Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und stand uns immer Tipps zu Verfügung auch wenn es Probleme gab war Sie sofort Lösungs orientiert

Cons:

Die Lage war etwas weiter vom Strand ,, playa Norte,, gelegen. In der Umgebung gab es trotzdem einige Supermärkte aber wenig Restaurants oder Bars .
Man benötigt einen Roller / Golf Car um
Flexibel zu sein . In der Gegend ist es schwierig ein Taxi zubekommen .

Wir hatten auch Probleme mit der Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen .
