Pros:

O hotel está localizado bem próximo ao Palácio Real e conta com uma excelente estrutura, tanto do ponto de vista das instalações - com um piscina maravilhosa - quanto em relação à qualidade da comida. Além disso, é possível se comunicar em inglês com os funcionários da recepção sem maiores problemas. O único ponto negativo é o serviço no café da manhã porque efetivamente não se consegue relaxar, já que a equipe nos interrompe inúmeras vezes para retirar pratos e talheres das mesas. Não fosse isso, teria sido perfeito. De todo modo, recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar sem sombra de dúvidas.

The hotel car service prices is not consistent
We have to barter for discount eg, it meant to be $10 today and the next day they asked for $25 and then $20 ??

This hotel was perfect in every way! Close to shops, restaurants & activities literally across the road from the Palace. The hotel itself is clean, generous in size with lovely staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Great breakfast too!

Pros:

Didn’t feel like a five star hotel. Rooms a bit jaded. Missing handle on draw in room when we arrived but fixed quickly. Wedding took over restaurant on one day, limited places to sit for breakfast and no access for dinner. However excellent location, friendly staff , nice pool and amazing roof bar.

The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. We arrived during the Cambodian New Year and it was quite noisy. There were a few times where hotel staff had a hard time controlling some obnoxious guests.

Lovely pool, terrace area and roof top bar. Room was nice, although we had a view of a bamboo wall which was masking an AC unit.

Would have appreciated clearer communication of Happy Hour Rules (it’s two of the same drink, not two drinks for the price of one), and the laundry was the most expensive we have come across in Asia so far!

Overall, still a v nice place to stay, and staff were very friendly and warm, remembering names after one encounter.

Stunning hotel with an excellent location
Pros:

The location of this hotel in central Phnom Penh right across from the Royal Palace is absolutely perfect. The hotel is stunning, with many beautiful details including period furnishings, artwork, etc. The breakfast is excellent, as is the rooftop bar (with great views of the city). One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in SE Asia.
