非常に広くハノイに住んでいるかのように滞在できます。設備についても、シャワーの水量が少し少ないと感じた以外問題ありませんでした。

Super good service and location
Pros:

The apartment's location was great, basically you can go everywhere by walking. The condition of the apartment is very good too, good TV, good furniture and nice bathroom and kitchen. It was exactly like the pictures show on the website.

The best was the service both by the manager, Lisa and the doorman. Lisa was so helpful, she basically return my message instantly before my trip and during the trip. She answers my questions and help me booking shows and tours. I would definitely come back and stay at the hotel just because of her service.

Highly recommend the place to anyone who want to visit Hanoi.

Pros:

Great location in the old quarter, this is a spacious apartment which is clean and well maintained.

Could be better
Pros:

The apartment was nice, in the heart of everything. However, it does not come with daily servicing as it is listed on Hotel.com. It also does not come with an owner who will answer emails regarding missing items or improper cleaning service. I think had the owner been more willing to offer towels and respond to email inquiries I would have stayed longer. However, I left and moved to a new location for this reason.
