残念だった
Pros:

朝食は美味しかったしドトールのコーヒーが飲めたことが良かったです。スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。

Cons:

タオルをもう一つくらい置いて欲しかったことと、予備の布団がホテルにないことに驚きました。毛布で対応してもらいましたが、そこは残念でした。排水口もちゃんと修繕していなかったのかお風呂に入って水漏れして、今までにこのようなお部屋に泊まったことがなかったので驚きました。

Pros:

朝食が全て美味しかったのと、従業員さんが頻繁に食べ物を見に来ていて、無くなったらすぐ追加する、など対応が早くて、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

朝8時ごろに大浴場に入った時、脱衣所に髪の毛の塊がいろんなところに落ちていて、特に洗面台前に髪の毛の塊が大量にあって、汚かったです。
周りを見渡しましたが、クイックルワイパー的なものもなく、けど私たちがティッシュで拾って掃除するのも違うな、と思い掃除はしませんでしたが、ドライヤーを使おうとしたら足元に髪の毛の塊が沢山あり、汚かったので洗面台から離れてドライヤーをしました。

部屋が清潔。掃除が丁寧。

Cons:

ビジネスホテルなので、仕方がないのですが、タオルが固いのと、枚数がもう少し余裕があると良かったです。

最高！
Pros:

駐車場が広くて停めやすい
大浴場に設置されているアメニティが最高
メイク落とし、洗顔、シャンプー類の置かれてるブランドもよかったし、スキンケアまであり、とても最高でした。
大浴場のお湯も最高
朝食美味しい
部屋が広い
全て綺麗
目の前に商業施設があり、食事もショッピングもできて、充実しているため利用して良かったです。

ルートインは二度と無いな
Pros:

駐車場が広く料金もかからずよかった。

Cons:

初孫と息子夫婦、私、妻の初の旅行で、3部屋予約しました。到着後部屋割りが悪くフロントに相談したところチェンジはしてもらえたが追加料金が発生しました。その後シングル部屋のトイレ便座機能が作動せず連絡したが対応されずに終わりました。チェックイン時に孫の紙おむつからうんちの横漏れが発覚、フロントに相談、なんの対応も設備の有無も教えてくれず困り果てました。チャイルドシートも汚物まみれ夕食どころではなく散々な大阪旅行でした。
