Jjà gửi lễ tân bán hộ, nếu k bán dc thì mình cũng coi như do mình nên k đòi gì từ khách sạn, mình có nói lễ tân thế luôn. Tới lúc bán được phòng lễ tân điện thoại nói giờ bán được rồi nhưng mình phải chịu phí 110k vì cái phòng mới nâng hạn mình ở 4 người lận. Mình có trao đổi trc đó có lễ tân nói mình thêm người được, họ vẫn không chịu. Nhưng chị đi cùng phòng bảo ở tạm 1 đêm nên thôi kệ đi, nên thôi mình cũng không nói tiếp dù mình rất phiền lòng. Chưa bao h đặt phòng booking mà gặp tình trạng này!

Personnel très agréable, humble et serviable (aller chercher des boissons au magasin, refus initial du pourboire).
​Chambre d'une grande propreté avec un matelas souple.
​Très belle vue du 5e étage et très grand balcon (avec cendrier pour les fumeurs).
​Petit-déjeuner servi en chambre et mini-bar bien rempli.
​Prix très honnêtes (ex: Coca à prix coûtant).
​Endroit animé mais pas déplaisant, situé à environ 30 minutes à pied du grand centre.

מלון בסיסי וזול , מתאים למי שיש לו תקציב מוגבל
Pros:

מלון זול מאוד, תנאים סבירים, לקחנו לילה אחד בגלל שהגישה למרכז העיר היתה חסומה וזה היה לילה של מעבר. קיבלנו שירות כביסה טוב , וסה״כ במחיר הזה תמורה סבירה.

Cons:

ממוקם בסימטה די מפוקפקת, מדרגות גישה לא נוחות. המקלחת מוזרה , ללא כל הפרדה בין המקלחת לשירותים מה שיוצר בריכה בשירותים . מזגן לא מאוד חזק, אין כספת, ארוחת בוקר מגיעה לחדר ואיננה אכילה לטעמנו.

Very steep steps into the hotel
No dinning room although we booked breakfast as part of the deal. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room but we just had to except what was brought.
Hardest bed we have ever slept in,
No where near West Lake.
We had the back room at the rear which was described as Garden view which in fact it over looked a school which every morning banded a very loud drum all the time as every change of class and whistles blown for PE in the yard.
MOST IMPORTANTLY WHICH WE DIDN'T REALISE UNTIL WE CAME TO LEAVE IF THERE WERE TO BE A FIRE YOU ARE TRAPPED..... WHAT WE TOOK TO BE THE FIRE ESCAPE WAS A VERY SMALL STONE STAIRWELL WHICH WAS BLOCKED AND UNLITE.
We normally do a lot of research into where we stay but on this case we booked at very short notice as we were let down at the last moment with the place we had planned to stay.
We don't like leaving bad reviews like this but felt we had to warn others.

Go for s short time get away
Pros:

the one thing that stood above everything. Was the immediate help from the staff. Plus they paid attention to every detail for ideal customer service
