Boa localização e acomodações impecáveis, mas as cobranças adicionais acabaram decepcionando.

Cons:

Muitas cobranças extras, em outros hotéis que ficamos em gramado havia café no hall, chocolate quente, etc. Além disso, houve cobrança de estacionamento, coisa que nunca havia pagado em outros hotéis (88,00 para duas pernoites).

Muito boa, e consertando o cartão magnético, certamente será magnífica!
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, instalações agradáveis, serviços oferecidos ótimos, equipe muito educada e cordial.
O hotel oferece ao hóspede nessa época, a oportunidade de assistir ao desfile do Natal Luz, na varanda lateral com ótima vista! Muito bem organizado. A noite do piano também foi muito gostosa e de muito bom gosto!

Cons:

O sistema do cartão magnético das chaves dos quartos é muito falho, descarregando todas as vezes que saí do hotel. Tive que passar na recepção mais de 7 vezes para reativar a chave, ou seja, ir e vir até o quarto, ficar esperando quando o recepcionista estava ocupado, etc... Isso foi muito chato e o único fator que atrapalhou um pouco minha estadia no hotel, pois apesar do frio do ar condicionado no recinto do café da manhã, que estava além da conta mas eu já esperava, isso não é esperado por ninguém.
