Estávamos em um grupo de 4 quartos, todos foram por nossa causa, mas somente eles, os demais 3 quartos, receberam upgrade e nós não. Questionei e disseram q era a categoria, analisaram e era a mesma categoria. Depois enrolaram e disseram que era o andar, ou seja, não obtivemos upgrade algum. Fora isso, o hotel é excepcional.
