Suite im 3. OG mit Meerblick. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Farben aufeinander abgestimmt und hervorragende Ausbauqualität. Umfangreiches Lichtmanagement in den Räumen.
Hervorragende breite Betten für ausgezeichneten Schlaf. "Gästetoilette"
Sehr gutes Essen, beeindruckendes Café im 13. OG. mit sehr gutem Kuchenangebot.

Erstaunlicher Ausbau der Strandpromenade mit ansprechendem Verkaufs- und Serviceangebot, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Bei Halbpension sind die Speisesäle überfordert.

Zimmer war schön, Lage und die Bäderwelt war sehr schön.

Cons:

Morgens das Frühstücken war uns stressig, wir waren immer um 9Uhr da. Man musste erstmal Platz suchen, dann die Enge. Die Wege zwischen den Plätzen und Kaffeeautomaten und Speisen sind einfach zu eng. Man kam sich vor wie auf dem Bahnhof.

Exklusive kleine Auszeit in Top- Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer. Das supergroße, bequeme Bett, die Badewanne mit Blick auf den Strand. Gebucht haben wir eine Blue Sky Suite, da wir uns einfach mal etwas Besonderes gönnen wollten. Der Rundum-Balkon ist top sowie die Größe der Suite und der megagroße Spiegel. Großartige Auswahl beim Frühstück, es hat alles geschmeckt. Parkplätze ausreichend direkt am Haus vorhanden. Bowling-und Billardangebot sowie in der Bar angebotene Getränke preislich absolut machbar. Hat Spaß gemacht.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Check-in und im Frühstücksbereich war professional kühl, freundlich hingegen die Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping und in der Bar. Enttäuschend war das Mobiliar in unserer Suite, man kann sagen, abgewohnt. In den Bädern lose Spiegel. Leider haben die Lautsprecher in Bad und Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert. Man muss wissen, dass die Fenster von Schlafzimmer und Bad baubedingt zum Hilton, dort in die Zimmer, zeigen. Das ist durch fantastische Gardinen und Rollos gut gelöst. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich glich dem Kölner Hauptbahnhof...... . Ist jedoch der Größe des Hotels geschuldet. Trotz allem würde ich es wieder mal buchen.

Der Preis für die Tiefgarage ist viel zu teuer 25 Euro pro Tag, zweimal war das Feuertor geschlossen, so das man erst wieder parken musste,dann wieder zur Rezeption gehen musste und sie es nicht verstanden,nicht mal eine Entschuldigung gab es,schade, es hieß immer, sie müssen warten,.

- lokalita blízko moře a promenády

Cons:

- katastrofální personál, hlavně recepční a jejich vedoucí (mimo jiné zmatky s parkováním a úhradou silvestrovské večeře, chtěli nám část vyúčtovat 2x)
- vedoucí recepčních byla vyloženě agresivní a drzá
- parkování v podzemním parkovišti vedlejšího hotelového komplexu (špatně označení trasy podzemím)
- abnormální fronty na snídani (čekání v dlouhé řadě na chodbě u výtahu, až po schodiště)
- dostali jsme pokoje s výhledem na opačnou stranu (pohled do dvora na parkoviště a vedlejší hotel, o pěkném částečném pohledu na moře si člověk může nechat jen zdát)

Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut, die Auswahl riesig. Die Lage geht nicht besser.

Cons:

Das Personal scheint sein Lächeln und die Freundlichkeit verloren zu haben.

Reservierung für den Spa Bereich, pet Email, sehr schlecht. Die Kommunikation danach nur noch unfreundlich.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt- doch Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht ganz.
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Direkt am Stand und doch Leben (manchmal zu viel) drum herum. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Der Meerblick ist schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war sehr fleckig. Für 27 Euro am Tag für meinen Hund gab es nicht mal einen Napf oder irgendeine Aufmerksamkeit. Hunde werden eher geduldet als freundlich aufgenommen. Die Sauna ist zu klein für so viele Gäste. Der einzige kleine Whirlpool ist Dauer-besetzt. Beim Frühstück gab es Chaos. Einen Abend mussten wir ihm Hotel am Buffet teilnehmen, da es in den guten Restaurants draußen drum herum zu voll war, und waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Abendessen kann man sich wirklich sparen. Es ähnelt eher Kantinenessen- enttäuschend bei dem Preis und bei dem guten Frühstück. Dann lieber im Soho um die Ecke reservieren (habe lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen)
