Nie na wypoczynek
Pros:

Uwaga oszukują z opisem „pokój standard z widokiem na morze”, po przybyciu na miejsce rozpoczęła się szopka na recepcji jakoby booking miał błąd w opisie!! Na wszystkich platformach i na swojej stronie wprowadzają klienta w błąd! Próbowano nam wcisnąć pokój bez widoku, od strony wschodniej na niskich piętrach. Przed hotelem wybudowany jest Sheraton i to z tego hotelu jest widok frontalny na morze. Hotel oczywiście ładny i komfortowy, ale głównie pod niemieckich turystów.

Cons:

Polski personel witający po niemiecku - trochę godności ludzie. Na śniadaniu rzeźnia - hałas, tłum. Nie na wypoczynek! Przesadzona cena za parking 140zl

Ich war einen Abend im "Oyster Club". FINGER WEG! Die bringen es einfach nicht! Wenn der Kellner gekonnt hätte, wäre alles auf einmal (Rot- und Weißwein und das Essen) in einer Schüssel gekommen – püriert am besten …
szybko, szybko – es scheint ein Zeitlimit zu geben, was die Einnahme der Speisen betrifft.
Ich war im Übrigen einer von insgesamt 4 Gästen in dem Restaurant.
Hinweis an das Hotel: Ich vermute, dass viele Gäste bei Ihnen buchen, weil sie entweder kein Englisch sprechen wollen oder können und nicht wegen der wunderschönen Landschaften oder Sehenswürdigkeiten, die dieser Ort kaum zu bieten hat. Das schließe ich aus den überwiegend älteren, deutschen Gästen, die Świnoujście frequentieren.
Wenn man aber fragt, ob man Deutsch sprechen dürfe, ... Kurva... . Als wäre die Gegend wegen ihrer tollen Lage so stark besucht... :-)
Der gesamte Gastrobereich, auch im Ort, scheint so genervt von den Touristen zu sein, dass ich ihnen einfach mal nahelegen würde, über ein anderes Geschäftsmodell nachzudenken als den Umgang mit Menschen.
Aber preislich gibt es zumindest keinen Unterschied zu Schland mehr.

Im großen und ganzen Okay.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr kurzer weg zum Strand und Promenade.
Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl.
Bequeme Betten.
Die fest zugeteilten Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde anscheinend lange nicht mehr genutzt. Es roch sehr muffig/feucht/schimmlig. Im "Wohnzimmer" löste sich auch stellenweise schon die Tapete (Das Zimmer war für 300€ die Nacht kein Schnäppchen).
Auch war die Sicht auf das Meer durch das noch davor gesetzte Hotel eingeschränkt.

Das Frühstück ist einfach großartig. So viel Auswahl, dass man gar nicht alles probieren kann.

Cons:

Die Bowling-Bahn war leider nicht schön, das ständig Fehler auftraten und somit das Spielerlebnis beeinträchtigt wurde.
