Pros:

Zimmer war schön groß, das Frühstück war wunderbar, direkt am Strand. Spaßbad jeden Tag eine Stunde gratis. Direkt an der Promenade.

Cons:

Der Rooftop Pool war unglaublich kalt.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Aber sehr voll wie Sie bereits hunderte Male gehört haben. Tja, das ist eben so wenn man sehr gut und professionell arbeitet. Machen Sie weiter so und vielen Dank!

Cons:

Minibar war nicht kalt. Ältere Personen brauchen das für ihre Medikamente.

Toller Aufthenhalt mit 1-2 Abzügen
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns diesmal für eine Suite mit Meerblick entschieden. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und das Personal immer freundlich. Der Aquapark war auch Super.

Cons:

Was mir leider nicht so gut gefallen hat ist, dass das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet war und auch das Sofa schon ziemlich alt war. Auch der Teppich war voll mit Flecken und die Zimmertür extrem zerkratzt. Das Buffet zum Abendessen kann ich leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen, für den Preis. Wenig Auswahl und kaum etwas für Kinder dabei. Morgens gab es immer eine ziemlich lange Schlange um in den Frühstückstaum zum kommen. Aber gut, waren halt Ferien :-)

Cons:

Frühstück kann man nicht genießen, viel zu voll, nur Gedränge, die Auswahl der Speisen ist okay, aber nicht 5 Sterne würdig und es steht alles zu weit auseinander

Bardzo drogo, a jakość zdecydowanie nieadekwatna do ceny przekraczającej 1 000 zł za dobę.

Cons:

Hotel na początku robi dobre wrażenie, ale cena jest zdecydowanie nieadekwatna do jakości pobytu. W pokoju znalazłam owady i kurz, a część wyposażenia wymagała naprawy. Nie zaoferowano mi zmiany pokoju pomimo zgłoszonych uwag. Dodatkowo zapłaciłam za pokój z widokiem na morze, a dostałam pokój na 3. piętrze z widokiem głównie na budynki, drzewa i kompleks basenowy. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne, urozmaicenie bez szału, pieczywo i ciasta były nieświeże. Sala śniadaniowa bardzo zatłoczona i głośna, momentami trzeba było przeciskać się między ludźmi, co zdecydowanie odbierało komfort posiłku. Parking podziemny bardzo drogi, miejsca wąskie. Kolejki w recepcji, obsługa niezbyt uprzejma, a w przypadku części obcojęzycznego personelu komunikacja po angielsku była utrudniona (trudny do zrozumienia akcent i wymowa). Mimo 6 wind w godzinach szczytu, szczególnie podczas wymeldowania, trzeba było na nie czekać. Po hotelu tej klasy i przy tak wysokiej cenie oczekiwałam znacznie więcej.

Sehr schöne Urlaub in Herbst!
Pros:

Der Apartment war sehr schön, Balkon sehr groß.Es gab 2 Badezimmer, war sehr praktisch. Es gab jeden Tag Wasser gratis dazu.Früstuck war super, sehr viel Auswahl.
Das beste war aber der Dach wo Pool und Sauna und Whirpool war. Sehr schöne Ausblick auf Swinemünde. Auqapark war auch schön, hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Das einzige was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat, ist das Bett. Es kann sein das viele so ein weiches Bett mögen, aber für mich war das nichts. Ich hab da nicht gut geschlafen und nur Rückenschmerzen gekriegt.

Zu teure Touristenburg ohne Erhohlung! Nicht wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück selbst war ausgezeichnet! Aber die Umgebung im SpeiseSAAL viel zu laut und chaotisch! Hatte Bahnhofsflair. Die Lage war nicht wie von Booking beschrieben am Strand, sondern in zweiter Reihe! Dadurch war eben auch kein Meerblick möglich, wie gebucht!

Cons:

Es gab nur eine schlechte Sauna im Hotel, keinerlei Ruhemöglichkeiten. Wenn man Meerblick bucht, sollte man auch vom Zimmer aus das Meer sehen können, nicht erst wenn man auf den Balkon geht. Einfach mal die Betten andersrum stellen, das hätte schon geholfen.
