Sehr schön, mit Abstrichen

Die Lage ist sehr schön, fast am Strand.
Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr, sehr freundlich und fleißig. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, aber unser Zimmer ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein angebliches Upgrade. Unser Zimmer 1035 war das letzte zur Straße ( Baustelle mit großen Kränen ) und daher auch das weiteste von der Ostsee. Wir wollten 2 Standard-Zimmer nebeneinander, da meine Eltern mit waren. Das wurde mir auch zugesagt. Wir waren 10 Zimmer von einander entfernt, da kann ich ja froh sein, dass es die selbe Etage war, da meine Eltern immer Hilfe brauchen. Klima ging in unserem angeblichen Upgrade nicht, habe ich sofort gemeldet, nichts passiert. Steckdose im Bad ging auch nicht. 2 Männer an der Rezeption total unfreundlich. Der eine war nicht gewillt, mich zu verstehen und der andere telefonierte die ganze Zeit, während wir einchecken wollten. Keine Erklärung zum Hotel… nichts… aber beim abkassieren der abartigen Parkgebühr von 28€ pro Tag, da wurde ich mal angeschaut. Kein guter Start für unseren wohlverdienten Urlaub. Sehr schade, denn wir haben ja auch nicht nur 3 Euro für das Zimmer bezahlt.

Polecam na pewno tu wrócimy w przyszłym roku.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest przy samej plaży, jedzenie do wyboru bardzo smaczne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie,, klimatyzacja w całym obiekcie szczególnie istotna gdy są upały, wspaniały basen i jakuzzi na dachu hotelu, z którego rozpościera się przepiękna panorama, cudowne zachody słońca obserwowane z jakuzzi.

Cons:

Każdy sz gości hotelowych ma bezpłatny wstęp na basen na 1h to troszkę za mało.

Brak kimatyzacji w sypialni(3-krotnie sprawa zglaszana w recepcji, co przy upalach 40 stopniowych tragedia). Jestem 5 rok i przy tak renomowanych chotelach powinno byc zejscie na plaze przyjazne osoba starszym, niepelnosprawnym i wozkom dzieciecym. Zejscia obok sa zrobione, a wejscie 14 od 5 lat nic. Inne sieciowe hotele posiadaja wiecej atrakcji dla dzieci np. warsztaty. Kolejna niedogodnosc prysznic w apatamencie byl tak mały, ze osoba niepelnosprawna nie wcisnelaby sie przez wejscie, doslownie w malej wnece.
