It is near the place I was going and therefore; I will stay there again.
Pros:

It was okay. However: I would have enjoyed some bacon or sausage.

Cons:

The mattress was too soft. The toilet was too low. Next time I will remember to ask for a handicap room.

It was convenient to get to the hospital very early in the morning for my surgery.
Pros:

Convenient, nice facility, clean, comfortable room

Cons:

Stayed one night, shower ran out of body wash and shampoo. There were no bed supplies for the pullout bed. We had 3 people. 2 queen beds and pullout couch

It was good, could use a little bacon or sausage. The home fries were good

Cons:

I checked in about 2130 no one at the front desk, I looked around for a minute. Then I shouted for someone, no answer. Looked around again. Then yelled for someone. Then a guy came out by the kitchen. Walked over to the backroom. He came out and said she would be there in a minute. I'm glad there was no emergency. Someone should always be attending the front desk.

I was upgraded just because and it was a nice feeling to feel appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The elevators were dingy and needed cleaned. Though the room was spotless.

The room and hotel was surprisingly clean. The morning breakfast was varied and good, with a good selection. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was good with lots of places to eat within a 2-3 minute walk thru the parking lots.
What was a surprise when booking on Travelocity, was the quoted rate for the 5 nights in the hotel advertised a "deal". Stay 5 nights and get 2 nights for free. The 5 night rate quoted was great, however, somewhere in the fine print, it turned out to be quoted per person! So the final bill was twice as much as expected. Not happy about that and will consider booking on a different site in the future.
