The stay overall was pleasant, as it served it's purpose of a place to rest. We enjoyed our time off and our outings
Pros:

The overall property was nice and presentable. The 2 room sweet was spacious. We had an issue with the room and staff were courteous and responsive. The complimentary breakfast was good and was changed up everyday.

Cons:

The first room had a foul odor that you only smelled after we got completely unpacked and sat down, the staff offered another room that night, but we were exhausted. The room did not seem clean. The indoor pool area chlorine smell was too strong and appeared dirty. The outside pool was great. Oh and on Booking it showed The Loft bar and food, but it is event only now. Mislead as an on-site bar would of been nice.

Pros:

Location.

I arrived at 11:30 am and asked for early check-in. Clerk was indifferent and not very courteous. Clerk asked for $50 early check-in fee despite being told I had a long trip and was very tired. Check in fee could have been waived and I should’ve been allowed an early check-in as a courtesy. Sometimes a little give goes a long way for future bookings with same facility.

Cons:

Property needs a facelift.
Side door was unlocked and people were going in and out without using room key. Did not feel secure. Clerk indifferent , not empathetic , and too busy on iPhone.

Stay was great, my kids love the room and pool !
Pros:

Comfy clean room, nice front desk and breakfast staff.

Cons:

Hot tub was not hot and maintainable man in charge of it would not do anything about it no matter how many customers mentioned it to him. More like bath water then jacuzzi . Pool was not heated as advertised either.

Never will step foot back in that property . However Leidy was sweet and deserves a better position.
Pros:

Assistant general manger , hotel supervisor , terrible service . I will never go there again and I won’t recommend

Cons:

Too many discrepancies , nasty stain on couch the oven was dirty , however we managed . And the room was freezing all night we left early ti go home ti be warm , they also charged my card for miscellaneous items . W/o my permission or authorization first . No matter if it was a change as a customer we should be made aware of any changes made .
