Stay was great, my kids love the room and pool !
Pros:

Comfy clean room, nice front desk and breakfast staff.

Cons:

Hot tub was not hot and maintainable man in charge of it would not do anything about it no matter how many customers mentioned it to him. More like bath water then jacuzzi . Pool was not heated as advertised either.

Never will step foot back in that property . However Leidy was sweet and deserves a better position.
Pros:

Assistant general manger , hotel supervisor , terrible service . I will never go there again and I won’t recommend

Cons:

Too many discrepancies , nasty stain on couch the oven was dirty , however we managed . And the room was freezing all night we left early ti go home ti be warm , they also charged my card for miscellaneous items . W/o my permission or authorization first . No matter if it was a change as a customer we should be made aware of any changes made .
