It was alright
Pros:

It was a pretty place. Nice room.

Frustrating, but it’s in a great location

The staff was extremely kind

Cons:

The fact when I called to confirm the dates I was staying after I booked the incorrect dates (14th-15th) and I stated hey we are booked the (15-16) the hotel staff confirmed that the 15-16 was correct. Then whenever I got there and our reservation was wrong and we requested a refund it was denied even though hotel staff confirmed the wrong information. I will say even through out this process though the staff was very understanding and kind.

Nice but a few unexpected inconveniences
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, clean and well -serviced. Only having 1 working elevator was inconvenient. There were long waits to move through the floors depending on if it was goin up on down and where I needed to go. Also $10 per day additional parking fee was a surprise I hadn’t expected. It’s a nice hotel and in a convenient location.

Parking is very inconvenient back of hotel to LL and out back door. we checked in Wed and one elevator was broken the whole time we were there. checked out on Sat. Breakfadt buffet very minimsl. need mire vsriety of fruit. check in staff OK not overly friendly

Nice hotel in a safe, up and coming neighborhood
Pros:

It was a newer hotel and the rooms are a really roomy, comfortable size.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited with oatmeal and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches being the main items available. The towels weren’t soft, but instead kind of scratchy. The shower curtain had a dirty hand print on it from previous guests. One of the elevators was broken. The clerk checking us in admittedly said she didn’t know what she was doing and the check in process was not smooth because of that.

Pros:

The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.
